I also received this message AT A RELATIVE'S PHONE NUMBER. The number that ACS called is unlisted AND the owner of the number has a different last name than mine. I would love to know how they even got that number to call and leave their BS message about me being involved in a fraud case. This is not right and could really RUIN someone's life that is already on felony probation. Thanks a lot for bringing joy to the world..... F   U   "ACS".

I received the same call as the previous poster.  I called them back with a case number they provided in the voicemail.  I was told they couldn't find the case number, and asked for a name.  I insisted on providing only their case number.

I asked for the name of their company, and was told, "ACS office".  When I asked for their location, they replied, "Buffalo, NY."  I asked for a street address, and was asked for my name (which I did not supply).  I insisted again on their street address, and the call was terminated.

These individuals are obviously searching for personal information, probably for identity theft.

called to tell me I was being sued for a fraudulant check ,person left a message saying they were a state process server coming to my home to serve me papers and gave me phone number of 1 877 663 -7916 to speak to the so called plaintiff

Attempt to collect a debt from someone who does not live at my address. Would not verify phone number when I called back. Requested too much information from me and gave very little details in return.
