I've been receiving numerous calls from caller ID “800 Service – 800-660-2465 / 877-665-6866 – they do not usually leave a message – when they do, it is of a “personal nature” … if you are not ?, hang up.  Usually the phone rings, the answering machine answers and then whoever the caller is, hangs up.  I will be reporting them. I don’t owe them anything, I don’t want to buy anything, answer any surveys, etc.  I pay for my telephone service, not them, and believe that "spamming", "phising" or whatever else they are doing is illegal.  I want the phone harassment to stop!  Reading complaints on the 800notes website, phoneowner.info, callercomplants.com, callferret,com and the whocallsus.com, these people appear to be calling from an “alleged collection agency National Enterprise Systems / Heritage Bank, or someone else purported to be representing Chase.  I am on the "do not call list!"

Just the Same Old, Same Old...they hang up when they get my machine. I don't pick up on callers who won't admit who they are.

We had the same problem.  Attorney didn't help.  BoA employee, Ms. Moreno said that we wasted our money by hiring an attorney ... BoA doesn't care as is obvious by it's employee's statements.  Attorney filed a modification request ... 6 months later we received a modification from our original request - attorney advised us to sign it ... then about 2 months later, we received another modification from the infmation based on the attorney's request ... it was even worse than the first one we recived, signed and sent back to BoA.  We called BoA who told us to disregard the second one because we already signed the first one and made payment.  We still get annoying calls from BoA - 800-service ... leaving messages to hold then they hang up.  I have never seen such an inefficient organization. I need a job and would love to go and streighten up their organization but they won't hire me because ... guess what?  I have bad credit because I was laid off!!!  I wouldn't want to work for these vultures anyway - but would love to recieve 1/2 of the executive bonus!  God bless the blood sucking, money hungry banking industry ...

This Phone is on the do not call Registry. and Phone calls like this one are disturbing when your a day sleeper and work a rotating shift like I do.

We have been receiving calls from this number at our business.  I waited on the line for a connection and it finally said the call could not be completed.  It then said to call that number regarding a fedex package delivery.  I can only assume it was intended for one of our employees.  Nice time waster.

We applied for help because we lost our jobs and thus our ability to pay for a mortgage.  After 6 months, "the hope (yea, right) team" got back with us with a higher mortgage payment ... if we couldn't make the original payment, why would they think we would pay more.  To add salt to the wound, their letter was dated August 18 giving us 30 days and we receive the federal express package on September 18th!  We took it to an attorney who is now (hopefully) working on our behalf.

they call and call. never leave message. dont know why they call cause i dont have or want a mortgage nor would i ever do business with criminals like bank of america.

Received a call, left a message, but I could not understand what the caller said.  I am in also in the midst of a loan mod for our Mortgage, so I will assume that this is what they wanted by reading other responses here.

It is the Hope Team working with Bank of America. They keep calling us because we are in the midst of a loan mod for our Mortgage.
