Just got a call from this number...no one responded. Feb 17 2:35pm pst. I'm in Seattle.

This is comcast calling about the parental control change.

Hey thanks a lot to everyone for the info about the call being from Comcast - that is correct & yes, they are just doing a courtesy call about parental controls etc. possibly being reset.  Very nice to be able to google strange 1-800 numbers & know it's an ok call.  Much appreciated.

Got two of these calls in as many days.  Didn't answer either one.  They left no message either time.

It was Comcast...they left a message saying that they were updating the system between the hours of 1am-6am Tuesday 2/23, and that personal setting would need to be reset...not just parental controls but all settings.

comcast called, voicemail left to tell me that parental stuff needs to be reset after updates are complete, but i dont have kids so it doesnt matter

It is from comcast about a change to their tv guide, a lot of the phone reps don't know what the auto-dialer is doing

This # calls 2~7 times a day, very annoying

I answered, but nothing picked up on the line after 12 seconds, so I hung up. Just the # was in the caller I.D.

I just got this call too. It is Comcast calling to remind people that the "parental control" settings are changing a couple of weeks. It was a recording.

Call from Comcast, left voicemail to inform about updating the menu guide on t.v. later in month that will disrupt/delete parental guide settings.

I just got the same call, I called back it was Comcast. They said they have no idea why they called!!! Right

I don't know but this number just called my cell phone too?
