called at office. very bad connection. could not understand them.

I have had a number of these calls also.

This number keeps calling me and when you try to call back, it doesn't ring. VERY ANNOYING since I am usually on business calls when it happens.
I reported them to the FTC twice. It will now be 3x.

Just got a voicemail from this number with garble in it.  Called it back and it just hung up

This number is for Institutional Investor Magazine. It's a telemarketer who wants to send you free subscriptions.

I just received a call from 877 670 0013 for Daniel K. Stager to collect debt.  I told her she dialed the wrong number and shouldn't be giving out personal information.

I get these calls often on my business phone but as soon as I answer there is no response and the caller disconnects. I would like to block it. Forever.

I get 3 to 4 calls a day from this number and no one is ever on the line. I would like to know what or who this number is connected to and ask them to quit calling me.

I've gotten this call a few times in the last few days as well at my work number. I'm a university professor at a state school,and I have nothing to do with any kind of financial institution.  Glad to know I'm not the only one who is getting this creepy thing!

This number has called me almost every day since Oct 11(as reported on my work phone caller id).  I have never answered up until now and when I did a woman responded with the remarks that I had won a free year subscription to some "didn't catch the name/article", but I believe it had to do with the financial investment remarks mentioned in earlier posts.  I said I was not interested and please do NOT call this number EVER again. We'll see if I get a call tomorrow.  errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

This number called my work, I answered and they were silent.

They have called me a bunch of times to my cell phone.  I have no idea how they got my number, but the call is surely uninvited as I DO NOT give my mobile number to any company.  I reported them to the national do not call list, but they are not likely to do anything unless more people report them.

Dito to previuos comments.  I have been receiving calls from this number for the pas week, 2 or 3 times a day.  They left a msg, by accident today, it was just background noise sounding very much like many people talking on the phone.

Keep getting 2-4 calls a day from this number...no one is there and they never leave a message!!

Someone calls from this number virtually every day, if not two or three times a day. With this number of complaints, why can't someone stop it?

At my office, we get calls from this number 10 to 15 times a day.  I did a search and it comes up Scope Communications.  Not the one in Canada, but the one in the UK.  I have did some reasearch and got a name contact of Frank Quinn, who sits on their board of directors.  I made a "kind" call to him today asking if he would do something to make it stop.  Needless to say it hasn't YET.

This number and several others like it have been calling my private line at work for months now.  Caller ID is wonderful.  I don't answer any calls I don't recognize the number of.  Like all of you - no message is left.

I get a call from this number at least a couple times a day.  I answer it everytime.  There is no one there.  It sounds like the phone is dead.

I just received this call (yes, 3 times in a row) at my WORK place!  I can't imagine this being legal.

We've received several calls from this number daily over the last couple of weeks.  The few times I have answered, the caller always asks for our office manager or president.  When I ask what the call is in regards to, they say it's for "Successful Meetings", which is a magazine we are receiving on a free subscription basis.  Really, really annoying to be getting so many calls a day from this outfit. Fortunately we have caller ID, so I no longer answer when I see this phone number on the display.

It might be a student loan collection agency. I'm about 4 weeks late on my payment and that's when the calls started

Received two calls so far today, Oct 27, 2008, between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. No one on the other side when I answered.

This is Institutional Investor renewing subscriptions.  Just talked to a person live after being hung up on for days.  The call even sounded overseas.  I am not happy with them at all.

I am getting calls from this number for the past couple of months, in groups of several calls per day, over several days and then a stop.  No one is on the other end of the phone, there is an open line, but then it closes after a few seconds.  If I dial back the number there is no answer on the phone.  Apparently it is a switchboard with several numbers and the one on the caller ID is not the number generating the actual call.

Just received two simultaneous calls from this number, one male and one female. The two callers asked for the CEO and for an employee that was not in the directory. They would not accept that the person wasn't in the directory, and they tried repeatedly to spell the name and to try again.

This number call me once a day in the afternoon and if I try to call it back the line just goes dead
