I got a call from this number yesterday and they were so rude and kept saying that they are going to serve me a summons and I told them I want to handle whatever this is about and that the man that is serving the papers to me would be by my house the next day and they never even asked my address and the next day the man who supposedly was going to serve me called and kept saying give me your credit card number and I told them I am going to have surgery today and to call me another day and he said I dont give a sh** if you are having surgery and I need some more information on this number because I plan to sue!

Got same call from a Bryan Elwood at work-saying want to serve summons at work since cannot locate my residency. No further information provided. Anyone know how to find out what this is about?

I called the number back after they left a rude message on my phone to my  boss and there is no one directly I can speak to. Making threats on my job phone . I tried to reach the company but not getting anywhere.  Just got voicemail of nationwide.

Yea I got the same call but I refused to give out any information and when I call the 877 number it is a place called Nationwide. I've been looking online for answers but can't find anything

I have someone who called saying they were trying to serve a court summons and she refused to give her name. the company serving the summons or anything reguarding to what it was about the charges aganst me and she told me to call this company who still remained nameless and wanted my address which i refused to give.she said she would call back with more information
