I have recieved numerous calles telling me to sign the doc. for a payday loan , not only was my bank account tapped but so was my email address as well. I was over caharged over 200.oo overdfraft fees. I ended up calleing the number they gave me it was only an dead end no one was on it. that i was requested to talk to the manager and they told me thathe was and that there was nothing I could do. but go on line cand complete the application to stop it. I called the bank they refused it and that they told me that it awas a correct loan and that i had to pay it. and the over draft fees. I said no way I was in the hospital and did not apply on line at that time. I had to call the main branch to settle the account and finally they corrected the account for aover draft fees.  Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry to break the news Jacob, but their "real" website doesn't open anymore...goes to a page that says "coming soon."  what a bunch of baloney!  They just keep movin' around and taking more money and not getting caught.  I haven't tried the number back...still need to go to my bank and see about getting the 30 back plus the 30 the bank charged.  I'm a bit housebound as I take care of a paralyzed person in a wheelchair.  He's a little difficult to transport and I have to have help to do so.  Anyway, I've been stressing over trying to get the loan I need to get caught up, but after this thing, it's just pretty unsafe it seems.  Now I'm stressing about them taking money again at the end of the month.  Dont' want to close the account cuz too many direct deposits that would have to be changed.  such a bummer...good luck everyone...I'm still in to nail them!

Thank you for the additional number. After speaking with a very cordial female I was provided a confirmation number and advised the money would be returned to my account no later than Tuesday. The number I called was 210-249-4099. Time will tell if they are legit.

These people have taken a total of four withdrawals from my account. I have made repeated requests to get the money back. Was provided a confirmation number. Recieved a donotreply email on this date stating the money would be returned within 3 to 7 days. I made another call and was given the listed number for the business office 855-779-1940. According to the rep this department will process my return. As of this date I have recieved nothing. This is a scam of some sort.

I am compelled to contact The General Attorney's office. This is a racket that can get out of control. A series of .01  .02. or 3 cents was taken out first. I imagine that is to see if ttransactions are questioned. If not they take $30.00 and when called imp[ress upon you that when you filled out their application you agreed to 30.00. This is a crime spree that can get out of control. Any thoughts?

Money still has not been deposited back into my account. The email that he said was sending to me was a "donotreplyto" and just stated that a refund was issued of $30 to the account only that the funds were deducted from. The process will take 3-7 business days. That was 1/30. Today is 2/12, still not there. I will be calling again on Monday.

Sure, I applied for a loan, but I did not apply on this company's website directly, or by mail, nor did I consciously ask for any company to access my bank account without my foreknowledge or authorization or any prior contact whatsoever.  Did I get a phone call?  No.  Did I get an e-mail?  No.  Did I get anything via the post office?  No.  Therefore, it is ILLEGAL to do this, no matter how you cover yourself.  This company bought my information from another company, or found my information without my knowledge, and proceeded to use it against my wishes.  I hope they come after me, because I will countersue them for far more than they will try to get from me.  I received a call from a "Jimmy Johnson" stating that I was being investigated in a financial fraud claim?  Please.  When I called them back, they transferred me internationally to some Indian guy who stated this.  I told him to send it all to me in writing immediately(of course he hung up then-scammers).   We are allowed to state our feelings anonymously without repercussion or frivolous lawsuits such as this.  We are also allowed to file complaints with the government agencies when we feel it is necessary without repercussion.  That is why the government allows for this.  It's the law.  The company is not allowed to use our information that was given in confidence to the ftc and fbi.  I am well versed on the FDCPA, and any judge will see this lawsuit and throw it out immediately.  I would bet on it. This company isn't going to do a thing, if they want to stay in business for very much longer...  I am pleased that they reimbursed me as they said they would, and my bank dispute also went through in my favor, so what does that tell you?  I'm ready to wash my hands of it, but I had to go through several hours of investigation, talking to these people, dealing with harassing phone calls, filing complaints with the government, dealing with my bank and having to file a dispute and change my bank account.  My time is valuable, and maybe I should sue them for wasting it eh?  *%$& 'em!  Bring it on!  I'm sure you got a call from "Jimmy Johnson" or "Randy Travis" or whatever it is like I did?  It's more scamming.  Don't give in to the fear...

Group,

I know all of us want to claim we "DID NOT" apply for a loan, but let me give you a little warning.
I called my local police, went to my bank, filed a fraud report.  It turns out that because I did apply for the loan, I am now getting heat for "making false" statements.  I guess because this is a 'Lending Institution"  they have all the tracking of where and when the "payday application" was filled out.  So, long story short
when you claim fraud, the "internet Crimes Bureau" looks into it, they can trace it right to the computer you used.  The company is now taking everyone's name from these complaint's and preparing a "slander suit" against everyone who applied for a loan, then filed a false claim on this website or with their bank.
PLEASE, be careful, because of all the information you put on the application, they have along with your computer I.P.
It was good for me just to work it out, and I let cooler heads prevail.

Sincerly,

Becareful

These people are theives....I called and they wanted my info.  I never gave them this to begin with and the same thing happened .  When I called today the woman refused to give me the name of the company and refused to put a supervisor on the phone.  I was given another number 855-779-1940 and that number puts you on hold then disconnects. The Attorney Generals office said they need an address to do anything...which of chouse I can not find.  I am heading to the bank....someone needs to stop this....if you do not give permission to have money taken from your account then why do we have to pay....the best part is we opted NO overdraft protection but it was taken out anyway.

I had this happen to me too.  Did some research on them and found all of the various websites with fraudulent claims like this one.  I called the 877-670-8736 number and the lady(who I could understand, but barely) couldn't even find my information!  Called this number:  (855)779-1940 for the Escalations Department and Geraldo stated the money would be reimbursed within 3-7 business days, gave me a confirmation number, and sent me an e-mail from donotreply@membershipcare.net with this info(good for a paper trail).  Also, anyone and everyone should call Payment Data Systems(the scam company's internet funding service) at (210)249-4099.  I called them, left a message, and within 15 mins an obviously american lady called me back and set up a block on the scammers, processed a credit, and gave me another confirmation number.  When I asked her if she received a bunch of calls about this, she went "huh huh huh" in a manner I took as a yes.  Today, I checked my bank account and there is a pending credit from Cash Loan for the $30 charge they took out last week.  So, maybe they are going to be legitimate, but time will tell...

Also, weirdly enough, a restricted number called my girlfriend today and said some foreign language gibberish that I couldn't understand.  I also received a call from a Torrance, CA number (310)974-8315 and the voicemail left was someone else talking a foreign language(sounded like Japanese this time), and sounded very agitated.  I hope this isn't connected...

As an addendum to my previous post, I did receive a $30 credit from Cash Loan that is pending today.  Hopefully these crooks realize that they can't do this to people and get away with it.  Savages.  I hope that others have received the credits as well.  If anything further happens, I will let everyone know.

You can also put a stop payment on that company.  If they have deducted the 17 cents.  I just called my bank and put a stop payment for $30.  My bank (B of A) has been very helpful

This has happened to me as well.  On 1/26/12 they did the .06 credit and .01, .02, and .03 cent credit.  On 2/1/12, my bank account was hit for $30, which overdrafted me(another $34 fee!!-I thought I had overdraft protection that would not let this go through!!).  I contacted the 877-670-8736 number and "Deandra" couldn't even find my information(though I could understand her accent well enough) and was most unhelpful.  She stated that the name of their company is "Payment Assistance" and they were in Los Angeles, CA, but their corporate office is: 9190 Double Diamond Way in Reno, NV 89521(I don't believe that, because I heard several people in the background talking in foreign languages).  I then called the escalation number of (855)779-1940 and Geraldo answered and stated I would be refunded in 3-7 business days, gave me a confirmation number, and promised I would recieve an e-mail in 24-48 hours(he was a bit more helpful).  He also gave me the escalation department address as 2831 St. Rose Pkwy Suite 200 Henderson, NV 89052.  Of course they are in Nevada because they cancelled their AG complaint department and don't have to worry about state repercussions.  I then contacted Payment Data Solutions at (210)249-4099 and left a message.  A lady who was obviously American called me within 15 minutes and stated they would block any further activity from this company and would refund me within 2 days and gave me another confirmation number and was very very nice.  When I asked her if she had received a lot of phone calls regarding this company she went "huh huh huh" in a manner that I took as a yes.     I am going to keep my account open because I expect a direct deposit within two days for my paycheck, so I don't want to have to deal with that problem, plus I want to see if the refunds will go through.  I also filed a dispute with my bank, filed a complaint with the ftc at www.ftc.gov, and also filed a complaint with the fbi on their internet crimes division website of www.ic3.gov.  I recommend everyone who has experienced this scam do the same thing, and hopefully we can shut these crooks down as soon as possible before they rob more folks like us...
