Scratch this message - I was searching for a number that was off this one by a couple digits. Don't know why it brought this post up. Sorry!

Just got a call from them at work. Asked for me. This guy, Jim, asked if he could verify my birthday and last four of my social without even telling me why or from where he was calling. I asked him why he wanted that info and he said he couldn't tell me until I verified those (I asked him a couple times why he was calling and this was always his answer). I said both numbers wrong and I wouldn't verify even if they were right. Then, I asked for what company he was calling from. He said NRI. I asked what that was. He said National Recovery. I then asked him what his company does (it was like pulling teeth). He said debt collecting. I told him that I have no past due accounts and that I won't verify anything because that wasn't my social or birthdate. He finally said, oh, I guess I have the wrong person. Why on earth would they have my name and work number if I wasn't the person on the list?

Beware about theses people from, PREMIER VACATION CANCUN THEY ARE CONNECTED WITH SUNSHINE TRAVEL (agency who collects money from your visa)

My mom got victimized by these people. One sad this is those people are professionals. They have access to your personal information. I don't know how and don't why. Their evil sales agents (as they call it) know your background and your dialect. That's their way of luring you into their scams. My mom called these agents and demanding to have her money refunded back to her visa and this Jasper Lopez say he will call back but he never did. Each time we call they always say he is in a meeting and will call back. We are still hoping that my mom will get her money back. She is a senior 82 years old.

Please, please don't ever give your credit card info to them. I am calling out to authorities to have these scam artist be shut down ASAP. Please help stop more victims.

Bstrds, This came in on my new cellphone as a "Missed Alert" different different ringer for that on my phone which caught my attention. When the number displayed and I pressed call, it wouldn't go thru but when I put the 1 in front of it I got that free trip recording.  I only have this number for 1 month, grrrrrrr, how can this be allowed?

I said I wanted more info, did not trust them, no time at work to talk...
They said I can't call back there.  They'll call me tomorrow at 6PM at home.

mmm...I wonder how many VISA number they got doing this, if I look at the history of that thread...going to think about how to catch these criminals...

Just received a call from this number but missed it.  tried to call back but unable.

that i won a trip blah ,blah.Hope you get those basterd that are trying to steel free money.

recieved the call at 12:11 am today,  yay me!  I won a trip to cancun!  yeah great.  waste more of my minutes on my cell.  this is about the 15th call from this number I've recieved.  Register for the national do not call list.  it takes about 30 days to be taken off lists.

Some dude called reading some s**t about i won a vacation... press 1 to claim it. I just hang up, and google this number. Glad i googled it. :P

They called my home number in Canada, which was forwarded to my
cell phone in Florida. Obviously this call is inappropriate, unjustified and has cost me money for no good reason. Can't this be stopped? Surely the telephone company can ID these telemarketing sharpies, and legal action taken.

This was a "congrats youve won a trip to cancun Press 1 to claim your vacation......."
didn't press anything just hung up.
searched out the number on line and found a lot of people who have had this SCAM call them.

This numbuer called my cell, but I was in class and didn't answer. Didn't recognize the number so I googled it before calling back. Really glad I didn't waste my minutes on this crap.

I received a call from 877-675-1964,to my VOIP number in Montreal didn't answer and googled it. I just blocked the number problem solved

got the on cell and just googled it.

i got called from this number and i pressed 1. some girl answered and she said that i was randomly selected, when i said that i didnt remember applying for this she said that there was 2 qualifications, to be 23 and i said i wasnt so she hung up on me.

I sent this letter to them.

Just rec'd a call - tried to call back - the 1st time, rec'd a fast busy - the 2nd time, a message saying that my call could not be completed. Wonder what the purpose of Canada's Do not call list is? I've registered complaints and these unwanted calls have been increasing.

Just got called about half an hour ago.  Didn't answer, and glad I didn't when I read all of your comments ! Why don't everyone report it at phoneBusters ? That's what I'll do.

Just received a call from 1-877-675-1964 at 12:59 (ET) and I hang up. I won a trip to Orlando. I'm from Quebec.
