We received the package in the mail but the certificate when we ordered from it we never received anything and they charged us shipping. This has been a disaster and we never received any thing like what they said.

Whoever is running this operation is a scumbag with a first calss ticket to hell. Way to take advantage of people who are elderly and moy not even be aware of the crages your company is issuing. You are the lowest specimen on the planet, and people like you got some serious negative things coming your way, in this life or the next... Hopefully both...

My 84 year old mother had $ 598 taken from her account. She, too, has a memory problem and lives on $1100 a month. I may not be able to leave her on her own anymore. How anyone could do this to the elderly, I don't know

Quest Incentives took $598 out of my mother's bank account. My mother is 87 years old and has a memory problem that has gotten worse since this happened. She is so upset she had to leave her home - we couldn't leave her alone. Also, she wouldn't be able to take such a trip. Quest is taking advantage of older citizens and I consider them to be scam artist. I have tried to contact them but they have a voice mailbox and don't answer the telephone. If I could reach through the phone I would give them a good punch.

Referring to my previous message, I have received a full refund from Quest Vacations. After making phone calls I got a rapid response and a check via Fedex to my mom. I consider the matter closed and we were allowed to keep the package of discounts.

My Mom got scammed by this Quest Vacations from the number 877-676-0251. The names of the people she talked to are Kim Bates & Gayle Kay. I called them last week once I found out what happened. A supervisor named Brian Richards called me back and "promised" a refund of the $598. Ironically it's been a month since my Mom "purchased" this "vacation" product and has yet to see anything in the mail. I'm not expecting a refund after reading all the horror stories but still holding out a bit of hope. You don't want to know what I'd like to do to people that take advantage of 86yr old women........
