These people called me 3 times in a row from an unknown number and proceeded to leave a rude message saying that I was being formally notified of a claim against me and they left a claim number. All of this was for someone with the same last name and different first name. Apparently they are calling everyone they can find with my last name and harassing them. When I questioned what type of company they were, I was told they do "mediations". It certainly didn't sound like they were trying to mediate with their rude, accusatory tone.

This woman calls me telling me that I have a Payday loan that has not been paid since 2007. It is now in collections and I have 24hr to make a 825.00 pymt. Or I can pay 1300. in 24hrs or 1999. in 48 hrs. It is a criminal case and will be sent over to our local court. And federal agency. I have not idea who these people are. She also explains to me that she does not have to release any paperwork to me and she will start recording this phone so she can take my statement on how I am going to take care of this matter.

I received numerous calls in one day at my place of employment from Allied Mediation Associates, and they told me that they were looking to file criminal charges against me for fraud for an unpaid loan back in 2008. Are these legitimate threats, or are they in violation?

they called me too. same story. BMG payday loan. supposed to send me a validation letter. havent seen it yet. most of this garbage is bogus. threats that mean nothing at all.

They called my work and cell numbers and stated that I was involved in a case and left a case number however, when I returned the call to the 877-676-0574 number that they left, I get a recorded message stating that they are allied mediation associates and told they are all busy and to leave a message. I left a message and recieved no call back. Who are these people and what do they want?
