I worked for the company from the day they opened until the fbi shut them down. Afterwords when they were shut down I even worked with my own clients at home to try to help save these homes. At the time i was only 18 years old and thought that I was helping people. Bob True is a thief! He owes all of his employees and clients money and I am currently working with the us treasury department to help with his inditement to make sure that he goes to jail for the rest of his life. This company ruined my life and over 50 others and stole a plethora of perons homes. Im so sorry!

One of the founders is currently suing my father in the sum of $1,000,000 for a vehicle accident in which he walked away unharmed (my father was the only one taken to the hospital at the time and was at fault for the accident.) After doing some of my own research into this fellow, Robert H. True Jr, I'm amazed to see that he already has $200,000 in settled lawsuits against him for not paying his own debts.  I'd love to know if you ever made any progress in your pursuit of justice.

These guys are a bunch of opportunists who have buddies with legal experience and know how to game the system.  AMMA is affiliated with The (now defunct) Olive Foundation and IMODIFYME LLC (FL), the CEO who is now suing my father for $1,000,000 for a trumped up vehicle accident in which nobody was injured but my father.  It's amazing the dirt you can dig up on people if you try.  The plaintiff in this suit,. Robert H True JR, has countless records on the Maryland Judiciary Case Search in which has has been settled AGAINST in the sums adding up to $200,000+.  I'm curious what other organizations these folks are a part of, as it seems they have set up shop ranging from Maryland to Florida at this point.  My research continues...

Default / behind mortgage payment up to Got 60 days

Letter through the mail from FHMA Department of Financial Record located at 611 Pennsylvania Ave SE, #2200, Washington, DC.  Did a registration name search with the DC Commission Department and nothing register under this entity. Got to be fraud.

Called 1-877-677-3545 got the rep explaining the Modification program.  You will be asked for your income information, monthly expenses and your e-mail address to forward you the application package.  You will be informed that there will be a $2,500.00 lawyers and processing upand fee of $2,500.00.  If you said you don't have the money, they would tell you to pay $1,000.00 first and pay the rest with a week.  They would rush you providing them with your credit card number or checking account number.

Did anyone ever get a refund from these scam artist????

they have not done anything after receiving the signed documents fromme
and the payment from me over phone
since it is a fake company, no proceessong has taken place for modification of loan
terms and conditions and rate of interest etc,
it is not consumers mistake it is due to frauds orchestrated by the above agency
who indulged in ponzi scheme

It seems like AMMA The Olive Foundation was good for the first i don't know 6 clients but they screwed alot of people and I only wish I would have found this blog before we got screwed.  To all employees who have vanished and were so quick to respond they are full of crap..  They picked up and ran in the middle of many peoples cases and did not refund a single cent and lied lied lied lied and then lied some more.  They are a big fat fruad who needs to be found and held accountable for paying back all the people they scamed.  I have researched and hunted down some of the big founders of this company and I am going to walk threw hell and back to make sure someone takes responsibility for what they did to so many people just trying to make there lives a little better.  They were in total breech of contract and when they couldn't handel it they picked up literally and ran.  Hello that is illegal you stole you are theifs of the worst kind.  So I would love an employee with balls big enough to do the right thing respond to this e-mail and own up to what there company did because many of these employees participated in the scam. My story is to long to type it all but I am going after them and if anyone is interested please e-mail me.   I want to file a civil suit I have done a lot of research and have found one of the founders of this company.

I was also scammed by you people. I paid my $2500.00, you said you could help us, then we never heard from you people. I've tried to call, but when I do, it says the number is not in service. 1-877-519-6575. I think I talked to you, Ira, and BRian, but to no avail, our mortgage is up in the air.  Probably soon to be foreclosed on, and thank you very much.  You should all be totally ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of innocent people, in need of help to save their mortgage.

amma told me banks were no longer talking to them 6 months after the fact. un returned calls email etc. said ill get a refund in 6 to 8 weeks its been three months . the american dream has become the american nightmareif any one can give me a 3 to contact them it would be appreciated

I tried to contact all phone# and got nowhere . They got my 2grand 2.On Oct 23, I got my denial letter from my mortgage company,I contacted AMMA and they said was it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get my refund back.  I have not received anything yet.  I contacted my bank and they said, education comp made the E transaction withdraw ....    NEED HELP!!!  no where to turn

Me too.  I fell victim.  Tried all the numbers recently and nothing.  The fax numbers still have fax machines connected though.  Hoping to get my 2k back.

I was contacted by this company and fell victim... this was back in May, they sent papers for me to fill out and send to the lender myself... I requested a refund by email, they said it wouldn't be a problem then in a few weeks i got another email stating that the bank had to do it, well after 60 days my bank won't do it, so i sent them an email explaining this and they replied that it would take 6 to 8 weeks and i would have the refund... well as of the 8th of December the 8 weeks are up... I have tried to call and it says your call is not allowed... This company is a scam.... I apologize for the words that were posted above from somebody at that company. But i can assure you that MY intention was not for you to end up like this.
I was just an employee doing what iw as told.
I apologize immensely for what you have went through and if i could do anything about it i would!
I have not worked there in months, and honestly i am not sure if anyone is still working for that company. OR even any modification company.
When i left there they had all of the names of clients who were recieving refunds and they had every intention on paying it back by the end of the year.

This is nobodies intention, everyone you spoke to at that company again was just doing what we were told.
I have since spoke to dozens of my clients from there and have given them advice on what they can do (not about the refund but about saving your home)

I have referred a few friends and acquaintances to check out the Obama Administration's "Making Homes Affordable" program.  It is non- profit and government run.  Their website is http://makinghomeaffordable.gov/  (notice that it is a .gov, not a .com website).  Their phone number is (888) 995-HOPE.  

Before calling an unknown company that sent you something in the mail, e-mailed you, or called you, please check this program out first.  There are other non-profit organizations that can help you out as well.

I hope this information prevents at least one person from getting scammed.

we are doing refunds (full and partial...and the reality is that you really could not have done the same thing or you would have done it 3 months ago...

they are not in either location and are still in business doing follow-up on all of the clients....no longer accepting new clients though

yes please send the file in and follow the instructions included in your file..it is more than appropriate for you to send in your own file b/c you are who your lender wants to talk to...also if you call now someone should answer the phone...please focus on keeping your home at this time and not on what others are saying about the company

I just want everyone to be aware of what they do, also they responded to my post on this website faster than they return any of my phone calls...also the response to my post is very unprofessional too, as you see...

I received this email on 6/18/2009, it says my file is complete, have not heard from them since, with the exception of a post or should I say any unprofessional post by EMPLOYEE on this website...

Call me please, you said you will be contacting me in 3 to 4 weeks back in June, it is October...

Or just give me back my money...

Look at the follow email people, there example of Lender's Lingo...and I have more to come...I will wait for your response...

I have received a full file from you and it has now been passed on.
The next step is verifying that we have all the correct information with your specific lender, then authorization is confirmed making sure that the lender still has your borrowers authorization and that they are ready for us to come in an negotiate.
This process could take about 6 days to 2 weeks to complete.
After that you are sent in with the negotiators. It takes them a day or 2 to review your file, take notes and come up with a solution, something they can pitch to the lender.
So at this time please be patient with your  turn around time. Once the negotiator gets a hold of your file they will give you a call right away, just give it that few day turn around.

Really, I know there was duplicates because Marya ask me to send the same thing 3 or 4 times...when you do that, you get duplicates...

It is actually me, its funny how you can respond to my post, but can respond to my phone calls or emails...

When are going to call me directly, I have left messages for everyone there, ya guys sent me a package to send to my lender, I could of did that myself...IS MY MONEY REFUNDABLE??? because you have not done anything for me...

What's also funny about AMMA is that I sent everything they ask for, believe me I had everything they ask, I believe they just say they dont receive it as a run around....

One of the ladies, even told me that there was duplicate paperwork....
