I called the number back. They wanted to send me on the 2 night 3 day deal somewhere, didn't ask BUT I had to attend the owners 90 minute meeting. All it would COST me is $1. YEH RIGHT!!! I have a BG timeshare and although they have never called me before the last meeting I went to the Salesman literally harrassed me, even coming out to finding me by the pool, knocking on my door etc. This was an ALL day thing. I should have reported him but didn't as he really was a nice guy. I am like many others though, wish I had NEVER signed the dotted line. I do use my timeshare and have enjoyed many trips along the way. However, for the measly points I have it truely breaks me. Maintenance fees per year $795, admin fee $127 plus my monthly mortage payment $233 ( I foolishly upgraded or this would be done by now). For this amount EVERY year, I could stay at a nice hotel, condo etc. Really wish I could rid myself of this burden. Actually I might would keep this one and sell my other weeks timeshare with Massanutten (VA). That is paid for and doesn't cost as much for maintenance.

I didn't answer this call and they left no message. I have Bluegreen also and do not have to be there when my family arrives. I would never buy it again however. We have never used ours and either loose our points or our kids use a few points. The "big gun" they brought out lied & said they would buy it back if we ever needed to sell. When I tried to call him he would not answer my call or return my call. Guess he was too busy being the "big gun" - a car salesman type. The BIG SCAM comes when you try to sell it thru timeshare resale companies . There is a web site www.premiertimeshareresale.com/common-timeshare-scams. I have heard everyone of these scams and fell for 4 of them. These people are the biggest liar ever. They get your upfront money and you never hear from them again and they won't answer their phone. I felt so stupid to fall for their lies and contacted my lawyer. He told me the scammers are professional and smooth talkers and people smarter than me have been had.

My Bluegreen experience is very good. I send friends and family on trips all the time when we simple can't vacation that much. Just went to New Orleans Club LaPension and had a great time. And yes I can send friend and family without going by using points and they can even use bonus time if needed if I go along. In short we are extremely happy with Bluegreen.

I have 3 Bluegreen timeshares and I love them. I don't go to there update meetings, the $80 they offer isn't enough to put up with the hassle. But I thoroughly enjoy the timeshares.

I have 'gifted' reservations for many friends and family over the years. Unless my account is different than yours, my guests don't need me to be there to enjoy my timeshare. That being said, I wish I hadn't signed the dotted line. Lots of money, very little vacation time we have used. :(

Left a voicemail for me to call back. The person answers, "Bluegreen" and when I say I'm returning their call, they hung up.

Yes bluegreen is very slick. The owners updates are suppose to inform us on new hotels they are building and things like that but all they do is try to sell you more points. If you dont buy they try to twist your arm by bringing in management and slick talking his/her way down your wallet. The hotels are very nice but its a dead deal. Do not sign up, I wish someone would have told me about timeshares before I made a deal with them. We first bought it thinking we can rent it out to friends and family at a premium price then one year later they made a new rule where the owner has to sign in at the time of check in! This blows....

I do not answer unidentified calls. If they do not let me know who they arei do not need to talk to them. It is disrespectfull and annoying.

I got the same call Bluegreen Resorts...
| Bren 2013-02-06 19:38:31 Unknown |
Yes I agree! We have time share with them. I would never do it again! Will lie straight to your face and make up these stories just to sell it to you!
| Daniel 2013-02-04 21:45:02 Unknown |
They are running a scam. Claiming to have extra time share points with 1$ to secure it.

ANOTHER call from this number, no caller ID, so I did not answer. If it is from Bluegreen, as someone suggested, Bluegreen is not a good company to do business with. They will lie to you.

They've called twice and have not left any message. Why don't they just leave a message about why they're calling?
