I received a call from this number today with a recorded message stating someone (a name I do not know) had a visit at the clinic today and should call the 877 number back. Pass.

Received a call from a company calledl Frontier Financial Group ....phone number888-966-6016...who said I owe $27K for a credit card/.....UNTRUE...In any event, the said they sent mail out to me on the 5th and 25th, but I have yet to receive anything.  Don't think they sent anything in the mail because u send anything through the mail the feds can get involved "fraud"...yep, a lot of people do not know that.  Anyway, very threatening phone call...they said they were going to start an action...I said do you have proof of the debt ...and she said....is this your social and I said I would not answer one way or another....SCAM ALERT....They gave me an address in Nevada 1291 Galleria PDrive, Suite 170 Henderson, Nevada 89011 ....doubt that's the right address...I will be touching base with the authorities...FTC etc....ASAP...These b***s*** artists have nothing better to do than harass people...well, they picked the wrong person to harass.

Just got a call from Frontier Financial (Ron at 888-966-6015).  Same type of messages as other people have written.  Scam, scam, scam.

The caller is Frontier Financial Group.

They appear to have people who go on the internet and say good things about them like they are easy to work with. I would not be surprised if they even have people who claim to be sued by FFG just to build fear that this might actually happen.  So, I would be very skeptical of posts in this thread or on other forums.  

Frontier Financial Group is a DBA or front name for what appears to be two small companies: Vegallo, LLC and then North American Asset Services LLC.  

In 2009 the Attorney General of Neveda issued a Cease and Desist Unlicensed Activities Order to Vegallo, LLC dba Frontier Financial Group located at 129 Galleria Drive, Ste 170, Henderson, Nevada.  This is the same address as the Frontier Financial that is the subject of this thread. In the AG's C & D Order, they mention the company has 22 employees.

That organization appears to have recreated itself with a new company called North American Asset Services LLC dba Frontier Financial Group. North American Asset Services is at the same address as Vegallo and the office manager is the same as the one mentioned in the C&D order against Vegallo.

I have received numerous calls about a person that is not me- and is is debt- When I called to have my name taken off the list they were extremely nasty. This is the second time I have been through this this year
and they won't take my number off this list after many calls

We have debt with bestbuy but we have been paying our bill it has just skyrocketing so now i pay what i  can i believe this is a debt collector for them. I have not received any calls from HSBC.

Yes  I got an email plus a letter in the mail stating that I had a dep. put into my checking account in the amount of $350 and it was put in my acct in April, funny the account number it went into did not even match any accounts that I had.... Then he wanted me to fax him or email him my updated bank statement to prove that I did not receive this money. He must have thought he was talking to a fool. I told him to shut up and that he is a liar, he yelled back at me and he was the "MANAGER" I hung up on him and reported them to the FTC

Last night a hard to hear voice mail was on my phone from a Samantha "didn't give the name of her business" Saying it was from my county and a financial matter that needed to be dealt with voluntarily but urgently.The number she gave me was 1-888-966-6016 ext 229 it included a file number and everything. When I returned their call early Saturday morning 8 am. The recorded message said Frontier Financial Group business hours Mon-Fri 8a-6p. I need to know IS THIS A SCAM? I checked online so far and the majority of you say it is. I do have unpaid debt but I have already spoken with a lawyer on this matter months ago. They said not to worry about my debt since it is with Best Buy and they are going out of business soon. I have not received anymore info or calls for the original credit company HSBC. Anyone else see a pattern?

Showed up on my caller id as a local number (405) 708-4045.  The call was not for me, the name of the person calling was Audrey.  The recorded message I got when I called the local number back sounded like a Legal office of some sort.  Probably a debt collector or something...

These stupid ladies keep calling me every day and act like i'm really going to pick up the phone when they call.  I have saved every number that they attempt to call me from so I'll know when they call.  One week they told me if i don't return their call they are sending my account to my local courthouse and they will sue me...ok stupid peoples...it's been over 6 weeks you've been saying this and nothing has happened...get a life you stupid biotches!!

The first call I rec'd was from Shannon of the Frontier Financial Group 3 weeks ago at my work. Shannon called me the next day to both my work & cell phone numbers (I did not answer so she left me voice mails) telling me that if I didn't get back to her by the following day that she would recommend my case to an attorney in my city to prosecute me.  One week went by and another woman called, Elizabeth, from the same company.  She too said if I didn't return her call in two days she would send my case to the court system in which I live in so that they can prosecute me.  One week later, Shannon calls me back saying the same BS!!!! Ok buddy, it's been over 3 weeks and you keep telling me if I don't call you back you are going to prosecute me.  Oh yea and each time they end the message with "This is my last attempt to contact you in regards to this matter before I make my recommendation"  Sorry ladies but you've said that every single focking time you've called....Get a Real JOB!!!!

I just received a call (AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT) from a local number asking if I knew @@@@ @@@@.  I said he was my son.  She explained she couldn't get in touch with him because his phone lines had been disconnected (they haven't), so they were calling his references so we could  let him know they had a check for him.  I became suspicious right away.  I asked her to send the check and she said it has been, but returned, another lie, have had the the same address for 20 years!  When she gave me a return call number is was this 877 number so I checked it out and found this site.  These places should be outlawed.  If someone owes money to any place like this, take them to court and quit harrassing them.  It doesn't do any good!  Besides, real debt collectors don't do business this way

All of these people are scammers. Do not return their calls. They have your information probably because you've entered it online before or because you've had a pay day loan in the past. Let me share with you something that happened to me. One day probably about a year ago I was at work and I received a phone call from an Asian man who told me that I was being sued for not paying a pay day loan that I took out. This was not true. I only had one pay day loan that I was paying on and at that time they were taking payments out of my bank account bi-weekly. So my debt with that loan was current. I told him that I knew that his information was not accurate because I had only ever had that one payday loan and I was still paying on it. He told me that it's not right for me to skip out on debts that I have and that he was sending over a police officer to my work to arrest me. I told him that he can go ahead and do that because I don't owe what he was saying that I owe. He then proceeded to tell me that I'm lucky that they have not just taken money out of my bank account because he had my account information. I asked him how he got it and he said that anytime you apply online for any payday loan, that your account information is automatically released to companies like his. I was appalled! Who knew that this was going on? Needless to say an officer never showed up at my office but I did continue to receive calls from this man and others from his office for probably the next 3 months. What finally go them to stop calling? My boyfriend would answer the phone when they called and talk with an asian accent, no matter what they said he would say that he doesn't speak Chinese and when they would ask for me he would say who? Charlie? Howie? I don't understand you. It sounds like you're saying Charlie. LOL One time he actually got the guy to say Fa ra ra ra ra, ra ra ra ra. (Like from A Christmas Story) It got to the point that one man actually said to him, "You moth******er". But you know what. They stopped calling. And guess what? I never got sued.

I received a phone call from Frontier Financial Group using this telephone line on Jan 3, 2012 and again on Jan 20, 2012.  The rep calling did say he was calling concerning debt collection.  However, I didn't recognize the "debt" I was supposed to owe.  Also, the representative who called himself "Rodney" never would tell me the dollar amount of what I was supposed to owe.  During the first call, I asked for him to send me documentation validating his claims.  This Rodney talked in circles, accused me of lying, and wouldn't let me off the phone.  I hung up on him.  The company never sent me any documentation.  The second time this #$%^^&#$% called, yes, he is a #$%^^&#$%, he carried on with the same un-charming behavior.  This rep yelled at me, called me a liar, told me I had committed crimes and would go to jail.  He told me he mailed me info twice then said he didn't mail it b/c I wouldn't confirm my contact info.  RIGHT.... This was a lie, I stupidly gave this guy my actual mailing address and cell phone number during first call.  Anyways, I finally got ticked and told him if I actually owed anything, he'd send me some documentation.  Then I hung up.  This idiot calls me back and starts yelling at me again.  Then demands to speak to my hr department.  Again I tell him to send me what I need and tell him to have a lovely day.

I don't know if they are legit or not, but they BEHAVE like scammers.  I will not be taking any more calls from these guys. I made a report with the FTC.  Real debt collectors should not behave like coked-out junkies trying to get a fix.

Got a call from them as well. When I called back the message stated that the phone number was not in use at this time... Hmmmm. Hope they have a m illion $$$'s for me!  The number was 1-877-683-5483 to get him dial 510

They called my work, left a message for me to call Ms. Hogan.  The message I received stated she has a check FOR me.  Yeah o.k. whatever!  I refuse to call these people or anyone else with all the scams and harassing phone calls people are doing now a days.  This is ridiculous, I don't even want to answer my phone anymore.

Just received a call, they left a message.  Same thing, about some check I wrote and they need to verify information for security reasons.  I have'nt written a check in forever, I have an accountant who handles my financials.  The name they told me to ask for when I call back, which I of course will not, is Joseph.  Major scam.  Would love to find Joseph and kick him in the seat 100 times!  LOSER!
