that person about 20 dollars deal and that person gave me another number 514-907-6815 and pin code as well but very next day when i called to credited card company they told NUERA charge from your account 39 dollars and 95 cent i hate this company becuz their employs laying to the customers any i want

Great, now they are also calling from 519-997-3388.   Still speaking Arabic or something else I can't understand.
They called 2 times this afternoon in Montreal.   This is ridiculous...

They are also calling from 919-634-6009 peddling their long distance crap.  
They only speak Arabic.  They keep calling even if you tell them to stop.  There is not way to make them stop harassment.

Please pretend to be interested and waste their time as much as possible.  Do NOT give them your credit card number.   This is the only way to get back at them.

I was lucky when I gave them my card no. I gave them the wrong address so they cant charge me the $38.95 they told me to call the bank customer service to get the right address, but instead i went to their website and read these victims comments, when the girl called again I told her Im not interested anymore and said I can pay them with gift card, but I insisted I don't want it,  she said bad words against me and hung the phone, they are really scammer, so beware!!

The did the samethinh fr me too....they need to close that company..!!

The Founder/CEO/CTO at New Era Telecom is Henry Grijalba from Ft Lauderdale / Miami FL. I'm sure if someone were enough of a sleuth they could give us all a phone number to let Henry know how we feel about his company's sales tactics. We could perhaps call him every 10min also, to help him see just how his company harasses others.

My mom also got scammed by this company, they promised products that were never delivered, they are the ones who called my mom & my mom got tricked into giving her credit card # because the service offered was good & the representative was also a FILIPINO like us!.. Mom's credit card shows $25 charge from Globe Telecom twice on the same date, then she also got charged $38.95 for Union Telecom who also scammed her.. The caller ID shows the number "8795", which is impossible to call back.. My mom just decided to replace all her card.. I hope we can find a way to sue these people..

Let me explain bout this. Nuera Telecom has to take a number from your local area for you not to be charged when receiving the call. Easy right?

Here is something that all of you should know!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS PHYSICALLY LOCATED in the PHILIPPINES, NOT IN MIAMI FLORIDA!! My girlfriend is Filipina and she also works for this company. She tried to persuade me to do business with this company and told me that the $38.95 is a "security deposit" but if you look on the NuEra Telecom website, it clearly states that this is an "activation fee"

I got a call of that same company telling me that the other company am in was phase out said with a new manager/president (white American).  They almost got me with same amount through gift card but when the persistent agent called me early in the morning while my husband still sleeping, I got pissed so right there and then told him that I'm not interested anymore which made him upset. He left a voicemail that am a very rude person.   Yup, he got the nerve & guts to say that after what he has done!!! So, if I were you, guys, whenever you got a call and hear a noisy background, immediately hang up coz it them!!!

I just got a new credit card and have a charge for $38.95 on it from New Era Telecom.  I haven't spoken to anyone, subscribed for anything, or purchased anything from this company.  I cancelled my credit card and am disputing the charge when I get my statement.  There is another charge pending on this same card from Globe Telecom, Inc. for $25.00, same thing...They are from foreign countries, that is all I know, and I get numerous threatning phone calls from Pay Day Loan companies they sound like they are from India. I sure hope I can recover these amounts.  Has anyone heard of the Globe Telecom, Inc company?

I had the same thing happen to me this morning. Found a charge for $38.95 from this company, called the number that was listed with the charge and number is disconnected. Never received any calls from this company & never gave them my debit number. Just filed police report on them or whoever gave them my information. The phone numbers area code is a new York one. So hopefully investigator will find them.

Fraud people...said and convinced me saying that can call to Nepal at 5c/min....but later know 22c/min...Able to to know my credit card number and misused...They put extra cahrge....Do not do business with them...They have many agents in us n canada..I got call frm canada n that guy talked in my language nepali and convince...said his name was asmit kc..his email and phone number...but everything fraud!!!!

I get this phone calls 3 times in a day. I don't want them to call me and I tell them but they insist calling me . I dont want to receive this phone calls . Please do something.
