Like many above, I fell to the scam. The place I worked received a fax from corporate travel services (877) 687-8088 offering a 6 day 5 night all inclusive to cancun, dominican replublic, cabo or the bahamas for only 144 per person. I was gullible and to trustworthy and bought my wife and I a trip for $401. The guy, Leo Howard was very nice and answered all my questions. But after I hung up, it just didn't feel right and I found this post. So since, I have contacted the fraud dept for my credit card, they were very helpful and I have a new card in the mail, with the old card cancelled. The credit card guy even looked up the name twilight travel, that was on the credit card, and they were out of south africa. So tommorow I am going to call and tell them, that my wife is mad, and I need to cancel, not telling them of course that it already has been, and see what they say. Maybe I'll even get to talk to Josh. Thanks for the help, I won't make this mistake twice.

I called this number and spoke to a man. I asked him how much for 2 adults and 2 kids. He said I only needed to pay for the adults and could pay for the kids when I got to the destinantion. I asked him to email me some details of the resort, at which point he said by the time he did this the last place would be sold, and he didn't want to waste my time. He then hung up on me LOL.

I was just sent this fax. Naturally I ALWAYS investigate before any purchase.  800Notes and Who Called Me are my favorite scam call sites.
I was able to call the fine print number at the footer and get my work fax removed (so they say).
1-888-393-1379 TO BE REMOVED.

I wish they called because I LOVE wasting their time pretending to shop.

There are a lot of places where you can post complaints.  The best of the best are:
TripAdvisor, Yelp, FaceBook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Places, Yahoo directory reviews, ...

Remember!!!  Content Content Content!  Tell your story and hit the keywords (phone number, names, fax numbers, addresses,...) that others might search for information on this subject.  Think what a consumer might search for in the Google bar to see if this is a scam.

Possible keywords to add to your posts are:

I am an SEO expert and I want o give a little advice for getting even with this company!  It will take the collective work of just a few people to pull it off.  Google ranks everything by keyword phrases and by content!  This forum will only rank so high simply and for certain phrases like the phone number(how I found it).  I am still getting all the facts, so here is what I need!  All company names, all emails (delete personal info), all phone numbers, all names full or partial, any addresses, any faxes, anything related.  The web and Google is driven by content.  The more content you create the faster their game is done.  You can make a webcam video and tell your story.  Upload it to Youtube and make sure you tag the video.  There is a place where you can add keywords related to the video.  That will cause Google to return results.  Even if one of you made a video and put the phone number in the tag of the video...  Bam!  A video will show up in the search results for the search of the phone number!  A lot more tricks I have...  So post more content of what happened to you and lets see this company gone!

This is a scam.  Very unprofessional manners and they are using the Southwest and US Airways logos unlawfully.  If it sounds to good to be true then it is.

Emily, I just wanted to thank you for actually stating the scam aspect. Everyone else keeps saying it's a scam but not giving any reasons. I am very sorry you went through that. But you saved me from making the same mistake. After reading all of these messages I will definitely not be booking my honeymoon through these people. I will paying a little more and go with a reputable one instead. Again I am so sorry that all of you have had this horrible experience, but again, thank you for sharing. You have helped at least one person not fall victim.

I recently fell victim to this same scam. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH A COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NUMBER. I, too, received a fax at work and upon looking into the promotional package, both my boyfriend and I were convinced it was legitimate and gave them our credit card number. I was sent a form to sign and fax back, and was told to schedule my trip sometime within the next year. The experience became shady the moment we decided to book, primarily because the company had changed their phone number. The main person I corresponded with was SHEILA FIELDS, who is extremely rude, unprofessional, and goes out of her way to be unhelpful. She ALSO told me she was one fo the "leads" at the company and there was no supervisor for me to speak with. She truly made the entire booking experience miserable, but at that point we either had to eat the cost of what we had paid already, or just show up in Cancun and hope there was indeed a hotel room for us. Twice more before the trip we had to pay extra hidden fees even after confirming with her multiple times that we had paid everything in full. I was also contacted by someone from a DIFFERENT phone number (877-389-0788) two weeks prior to the vacation, telling me that "my account had been transferred" to a Mexican company called Marketing Destinos. Sheila Fields also changed my reservations a few different hotels, and DOWNGRADED OUR RESERVATION AFTER COLLECTING OUR UPGRADE FEE. I am in the process of at least trying to get reimbursed for the "upgrade" fee, both with the company and my bank. Please do not be roped in to this scam! If anyone has advice on how to report to BBB, please help!

I feel like such a moron for even believing these guys.  I never signed the "E-File Confirmation" email.  Now that I am unable to go due to a house fire, I wanted to cancel. This guy "JOSH KLINE"  who is the "Director of sales" was screaming at me that it is non refundable and there is nothing he could do.  When I asked to speak to HIS manager he laughed and said he was the top person of the company and the only person in charge that I could talk to. I told him his company was a joke in which he got really angry and was going to hang up on me.  I told him that I didn't care if he was the director of sales, customer service is what he needs to focus on, in which he gave me their number, now I am waiting for "Ashley" the "manager" of customer service to contact me..... right.   Also, I tried calling them a few weeks back in which their # was conveniently "out of service."     They are very rude and pushy.  I am trying to dispute this charge with my credit card company.  Does anyone know of any other ways of refunding this charge?  Or how to report them to BBB? or just ANYTHING to get these guys out of "business"??

My husband brought home a flyer fromwork that was faxed to his company.  We thought it was a special offer from his company, so we fell for it.  I called, gave them my credit card info and agreed to their offer.  When I received an email asking for a signature, I read the terms closely and immediately realized it was a scam.  I called them back and they said they could not cancel it, it was non-refundable.  I told them they would not get nay money from my credit card, but they refused to cancel.
I called my credit card company and cancelled my card.  They cancelled, said the transaction would not go through and they will send me a new card with a new number.  My credit card company told me that the name on the charge was Cancun Travel out of Mexico!!
They are slick and they probably can't be prosecuted because they are out of the country!
Beware!!
The 2 numbers I have are 888-905-0323 and 888-226-8902 (which is supposed to be their customer service). They used the Delta Airlines logo.

They use Delta's logo to help trap you, and yes Delta airline knows about it.
I have demanded several times they remove me and they don't

I was an idiot for this. I thought my job was having a promotion and actually paid. They said I had to sign something for it all to be final and when I did not sign it, I called and said I was having second thoughts. Josh was a jerk and started coming up with a bunch of bull. They are extremely unprofessional and obviously a scam. I definitely lost $400. They also said that they were going to put fraud against me because I told them I was over the age of 24 when their worker, Jessica, told me to make sure I said that after I told her my age. It was really dumb of me to have ever even done this.

Keep getting faxes, day after day.  I have already filed complaints with Federal Communications Commission.  The more people who take this route may help us all put an end to such tactics.  When I tried to have my fax removed, they just inundated me with more faxes, as many as 10/day.  When I called they basically said "catch us if you can, but you won't".
