I found a lot of complaints for this company using www.poweruphealth.com cancel the debit card you used with them because they will keep charging your debit card after you cancel the acct.! I paid shipping for some supplements for a 14 day trial period. So I did cancel my debit card and ordered a new one today.

I work for a credit card company and am seeing these as well on our cardholders cards.
You can notify the FBI of internet fraud by simply going to the website of  www.IC3.gov.  Just fill out the report, add your comments and it will be sent directly to the FBI to investigate.  I wish this would go out to everyone so that some of these places would be brought to their attention instead of continuing to propel their current paths.

I, too, received TWO packages I did NOT order of ResV Amazing diet pills.  My package label said:

ENUTRA-101, P.O. BOX 30816, SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84130.  There was a web page I found:  www.enutra.com/support/  and you could have a live chat.  The representative stated:  "Under the information you provided I was able to find a active membership for the health and beauty product, ResV  Amazing.  This is a natural pill for the following:  Reduce carbohydrate utilization, Enhance cell functioning, Lose weight and burn fat, Boost energy levels, Increase metabolism".   I told her I did NOT apply for an active membership and demanded to see my application as well as my authorization to use my bank debit card!  Her next response:  "We will go ahead and cancel your subscription, so you will no longer be charged or sent any product in the future.  There are no copys (sp!) of applications, this order was placed on the internet.  And we can only refund what was charged to you.  Two charges of $49.95."  However, on my bank statement it was billed under:  AUIRSUPPORT.COM (877) 599-1197 as well as another name my bank told me from a previous month.  This has GOT to stop!  My bank is charging them with fraud and my card has been canceled.  very inconvenient to have to wait 10 days for another one!

Dude, of course you're not going to be able to reach the scammers--it's not like you call them and they say "haha, jk! we'll totes give your $ back!" That's why they're scammers.

This company has pulled this b***s*** with me about three times in the last four years. My only guess can be that your credit card information is most likely auctioned off to them after you buy products online from unreliable dealers. For instance, I'm assuming that companies like BocaJava and the CDClub and the other seemingly-discountable websites are more-than-likely responsible for your information being sold. Though I have no proof, of course.

Bottom line: stop buying things online unless it's Macafee Secured or something close to that.

Call your bank and just explain the situation--they seem to be really great about it.

Hi I have stopped my card but didn't manage to do it in time so a payment went out in may but my bank says they can't get my money back as they had all my details. And no I haven't been able to contact auirsupport direct , I want to know how the hell they got my details?

I had 2 payment taken out of my account 2 months running by auirsupport.com I don't know who they are and I have never ordered from them. I would like to know how they have got my bank details and used them without my knowing, I've tried to contact them but the phone numbers are not in use surprise surprise and I'm still waiting for a reply from the email I sent

Call your credit card company anyway.  Tell them about the unauthorized charge.  You'll probably need their help to get the charge reversed.  And they need to know to not let any new charges go through.

Received a bill on my credit card for AUIRSUPPORT.com and called 877 688 1030 to verify I did not order anything from them. They seemed to have all my details address etc. They said they would black list my credit card from use by their company but would still bill me the charge. I said I would call my credit card company and dispute the charge and they gave me a receipt number that ensures that I would get a refund.
Sounds like a scam to me.
