Received a call from a Lisa identifying herself as an agent from the court. States that she is warning me of a summons to be served on me that day to appear in court for a default on an online loan. Gave me this number with an ex 788 and ask for an agent smith to call for details. Was told that if I paid half the loan by credit or debit card right then the matter would be settled. I have never in my life taken out a loan on line or is the email address or bank mine. The scary part is they do have my social security number, birthdate and past and past addresses. However the address they are supposing to serve me is not mine.

A man calling himself Peter Jacobson called my parents home phone number asking for my new husband. He said he was from Federal Processing. He said it was a courtesy call and was for my husband writing fraudulent checks. How are they getting MY parents phone number? My husband has not written bad checks but has had some pay day type loans that he's received calls for. My dad was scared to death because he thought a sherrif was gonna show up at my work or something. They try to make people scared by saying using the words federal and check fraud in the same conversation. This is not the first time my parents have received calls. I don't get it!

They keep calling me with threatening phone calls as well. They say their company name is "Federal Processing." Ewww.....Sounds official! :)
These scumbag scammers really annoy me. It's scary that companies like this one have my SSN or so they say.
I tell them to get real jobs when they call.

They called my neighbor and said my fiance was writing bad checks and if he didnt call them back he was facing 5-6 years in prison. Something told me to google the number. i thought it was crap. My fiance has never written bad checks. I told my neighbor if they call him back to tell them he is contacting the police.

I recvd a call from a Peter Jacobson stating they have a case number for the local county for check fraud in 2011 but in the same sentence said I was in good standing with the company I did take a loan with I feel this is a scam and when I asked for paper work they acted as if I couldnt get any paperwork from them unless I paid the payment because they dont give out paper work until is paid, now if you are real company give it shouldnt be a problem giving a person paperwork for what you are wanting them to pay. And the name of the company is Federal.......know really

I received a call from Thomas. He said that I have a case number from my local county for fraudulent checks. Guess what? I have not written any bad checks, ever! If he really worked for a law firm, the phone number should show up on reverse search. He also did not give the name of the law firm or his last name. And when you call them, they should answer the phone by the company name, but they don't. I received it on July 11, 2012. I did get a call similar to this within the last year. I thought that it was mistaken identity. Now, I don't know. I don't want one of these idiots to mess with my credit because I ignored the phone call.
