This company is breaking ALL of the FDCA laws, please get an attoney and report these folks to your Attorney General's Office, don't be lazy.  I don't know where they are getting their information from but it is fraud, my son has NEVER had a checking account, and yes bad checks go through the Attorney Generals office.  And they are breaking the law by leaving messages stating that they are writing bad checks, calling others such as your place of business, neighbors, etc., also by telling you they will serve you on your job, blocking their number, and refusing to give you a mailing address. That is how you know they are not a crediable business, and no they are not coming on your job trust me I work in a front office, they have to go through your HR dept. In my opinion I think this fradualent company is rogue and the people on the phone are the most ignorant folks that I have ever talked to from a supposedly collection agency.  Again by law they have to give you their mailing address.  Ask for their mailing address and they will put you and hold and hope your forgot, then come back to the phone and ask you why do you want the mailing address.

This company is a fraud why would you tell people your going to serve them papers at a place of employment when you don't even work there anymore. Stephanie Smith the supposed owner of this ISD Group is so horrible and when you try to settle the account and let them know what day you will have the funds they just hang up on you. What a joke.

Same experience as cologurl above. Called at my work (unidentified number) saying they were going to serve me papers at the office for something pertaining to check fraud. Using the name Nancy Turner. When I asked her what she was talking about she said this was on behalf of ISD.  She would not give me the number she was calling from, but gave me ISD's number 1-877-698-2234 and a claim number. When I asked her again what company she was calling from she hung up on me.  I called ISD and they are looking for someone with my same first and last name who resided in California at one point (where I have never lived).

So i keep getting calls from this company about the same situation as listed above by other people. should i be worried.? like are they really gonna come to my house or work?

Got a call looking for a friend of mine...said I was listed as a relative.  Have no idea how they got my number.  These prople should be strung up and publically flogged! Call from ISD group.  Looked up and had "F" rating from BBB.

These people are terrible!!! They called my job, my children, my childrens ex-inlaws, my sibling, and my friend. How the heck do they get their phone numbers? I don't give phone numbers out!! Telling everyone they call that I'm involved in check fraud!!! There has to be a way of stopping these sort of calls. They are preditors seeking to discredit your name! Dina Waters is the one that called. "Bad people out there folks!"

Just got a call from a Dina Waters at my place of employment. Stated they had legal documents to send? I'm so glad I checked this site! Wow!

I just got a call from the same number and her name was Dina Water. This is so a scam because it happen to me before and it was a guy with an indian accent. He told me if I don't pay he was going to call my work place and tell my manager about my dept and that they will fired me. Just ignore the call.

Keep getting calls from this number for the past week, left 2 msgs on my cell asking for my daughter, not me! I've had this # for 10+ years & she would never use it for personal info for herself. The woman said her name was Kerry Williams with ISD Group, left a claim # & also the same threats about coming to her work as she had "received an order about bad checks" & charges were being processed. Bad checks are handled through the receiving company then the county district attorney! How stupid do they think people are! Last fall I was getting similar calls from another scam collection agency after I obtained a pricey loan online. Not sure if this is the same type of company, or the same company!!, but I know my adult daughter has not obtained a loan. They don't loan to servers that live on tips since they're actual checks are next to nothing.

so from my research this seems to be a new number for a scammer debt collection agency firm. 877-698-2234  They called twice today looking for my brother in law who lives across the country. They leave the message as if he lives here when in fact he's never even visited us here. While he is capable of having unpaid debt this call just didn't sound right. They call themselves the ADR firm.  Search them on google and you'll find numerous reports of similar situations.  I'm not calling them back and I don't answer toll free numbers so they can just keep leaving the same stupid messages.  The latest rep's name is Nancy Turner who threatens to come to my place of employment and serve me with documents and that if I want to avoid this to call back the above number and reference a case number she left. They're nothing more than fear mongers trying to scare or embarrass you into a debt that you probably don't even owe.  Don't answer when they call and don't call them back.

So did I (at my work)...this is the second time. I told them normally people are not "notified" prior to getting served legal documents. She said they were trying to help a company by the name of ADR resolve it before serving me. I told them to go ahead and serve me and her comment was "OK...we will just come to your place of business and serve you and embarrass you in front of all of your coworkers. Then she turned around and called my cell number immediately afterwards and acted as if she did not even speak with me. Her name was Nancy Turner. Idiots. the number she gave for me to call back is 8-77-698-2234. I am going to call and see what they say. Not too worried about it.
