And another identical fax.  The file I have for these a-holes is almost as thick as the file for the $99 travel package junk faxes.

I received a faxed copy of a bill for this YellowPage-Illinois.com scam.  They almost had me convinced that I owed 1, 118.00.00.  I was very upset, and talked to them on the phone which was 866-277-0200.  They said if I didn't pay they would turn me over to collections.  The woman who answered the phone was very rude, and kept insisting that I owed over one thousand dollars and that this was my last chance before I was to be turned over to collections.  Then my daughter looked the company up and informed me it is a scam.  Their rates were higher than my trustworthy local REAL telephone book ads and internet ads that are legit. Their contracts are longer, too.

I am also getting and reporting these, for all the good it's doing.  YellowPage-Illinois.com is registered to Yellow Page (Netherlands) B.V., and Yellowpublishing.com (from the footer) is registered to  Mr Nicholas Coulias (nick.coulias@yellowpublishing.com) in Manchester, England.  Since both of these are out of the U.S., they can ignore the FCC and FTC.  
Maria, the missing footer showed up as a second page on my fax machine, along with the boxes for the signature.

Another identical fax from these jack***es.  This time they  have omitted the footer information.  Filing another FCC complaint with my stack of junk from these scammers.  How are there only 2 of us getting these junk faxes?!

constantly faxing the same "bogus" form "yellowPage-Illinois.com" (with an address in the footer from the UK and an email domain from a bogus site).

Junk fax claiming to be from Yellow Pages wanting us to fax our company details to be included in free Google sponsored ads.  Yeah right!  This is the only number listed on the fax and the removal method is to fax this back with a box checked to be removed.  We used to get telemarketing calls using this same trick of wanting you to verify info.  I think the company was Zip Wide Web.  They would call and ask to verify company information and try to get you to say yes to any question.  Next phone bill would be full of outrageous charges.  They recorded the conversations and doctored the recordings to make it sound like you agreed to their scam.  Don't fall for this scam people!  No legit company sends these illegal faxes.
