What do you mean by "got them"? They called my grandmonthers house (who is in the process of recovering from a mild stage of lung cancer)looking for my mother who does not have a phone right now. She returned thier phone call from my cell phone. My number was never given to them but they have called at least 10 times since Tuesday the 21st. I called and asked for the extention of the last person to leave a message. The woman asked for a file number. I told her that i didn't have a file number and explained a little bit about the calls. She laughed at me. I told her that laughing at me was poor customer service. She said "we aren't customer service and you're not a customer and neighter is your mother and if you continue to raise your voice with me, you wont get what your looking for" I said, you're dealing with people, that's considered customer service. She said goodbye and hung up on me. I wasn't raising my voice but i was frustrated. I asked her to remove my number. If they continue to call, can i do anything about it?
