I called amazon. ..and had amazon rep with India rep who said they work for serenity. ...Amazon told her to hang up. They are with GE Capital and not serenity. Amazon said it was a scam from India and I gave both numbers . They are reporting them. Watch it for india....they can get a ton of info on you. Always call. Amazon said they would have emailed or sent a letter. Please be careful.

The companys name is genpact services llc they handel 3rd party collection for ge capital retail bank we get a call when we don't pay our credit bill for the the last 90 days

For WEEKS, we have been receiving collection calls for a person we don't know. We've had this land-line for over 10 years, and each time we explain this to the caller and ask that the number be removed from their calling list, to no avail. Today, I asked to speak with a supervisor, who assured me that the number would be deleted and that we'd receive no more calls from "Amazon collections". We'll see...

This caller is from a harassing company called GENPACT services, LLC
They are a false debt collector for GE Money (credit cards thru such compaines as Belk)
They call all hours of the day and night 7 days per week.

I got "Gen Tec Services" as well when I listened to the message along with this phone number, however, on my cell phone the number came up 513-257-2863. When you cross reference with the other number it shows several different companies. My guess is that it's bill collector's. Regardless, be sure to be careful.

I called number and they answered it as "Gen Tek or Tech Services" Cannot finda ny information on such a company. Telemarketers?
