This is not credit one but thats what they say, when you call credit one (1 877-825-3242) the real number there is an automated system just like with every other company. Total scam! I have a credit one card this is not the company number.

They call even when the bill isn't due yet. They have the guts to ask for the full amount right away. I told them to take me off the call list because i always make my payments on time. So annoying!!!

It is credit card one.  I have a card and every monthm even though it is current, they call.  I pay all my bills once a mnth when my social security c omes in and they always start calling about the 9th-10th of the month.  They are one sick company.   Then to boot, they can barely speak english.  they I just hang up.

VERY ANNOYING.  I received 3 calls already this morning.  I would love to be on a no-call list.

I get the calls and they leave a message but give no information but for me to call them.

I called both Credit One and Capital One and all my cards are paid to date.. No idea who calls every 15 minutes...

I get this call about every hour. No one is ever on the line when I answer.. I called back and got forwarded to credit one call center. They say I am seriously behind on my card payments and it will be sent to a credit collection... I said go ahead, I'm not paying a dam thing.. I have no credit cards,  how could I owe any money to a credit card company.. I'm a pay as you go guy. I don't do loans or credit of any kind. I saved for years to buy my house in cash. Every car I buy is in cash....  I refuse to live my life oweing money to some bank for anything..if ya gotta get a loan or credit card to pay for anything, you can't afford it...  Credit-the allusion of Wealth... Millions fall for it everyday.

8777044380 I  had 21 phone calls from them since 4/21 monday. its getting pretty freakin anonying.

Cell phone numbers were made public knowledge as of Jan 1, 2012. So, unfortunately, anyone can get anyone's cell number now. Even telemarketers.

Got a call today, well every hour on the hour. I finally answer and the lady says she's  calling from credit one, gives me an incorrect balance of my card and says lets get that paid today! P****off lady I know when my payments are due and that my account is no where near past due!!!! She got real quite!!!!! I'm waiting for that next call in 45 mins or.....

This number calls my work number and cellphone number constantly.  I am current with all my credit card payments.   I call them back right after they call me and it says it's credit one and their offices are currently closed.  How can it be closed when they  just called me?

Yup, they called 7 times or more each day for a week.  I do have credit one card but they changed to capital one.  I don't owe any payments and have a $42 balance on a 3k available credit.  Anyone know how to launch a complaint ...mbetter business bureau or some other agency?  this is so invasive to have your phone blowing up constantly

I have been getting sooo many calls from this number, that I finally looked it up. I have NOT answered it, as I typically do not when I see no name identification on the caller ID. I allow it to go to voice mail, and I'll call them back if they leave a credible message. I do not hide from collectors. AND I have NO bills that aren't past due. The curious thing, tho, is that this number has been calling my cell AND my home number. Clearly we've been exposed to illicit business !  Well, I'm relieved to confirm here that it IS indeed harrassment and I can handle that accordingly !!

They constantly call me asking for my info. I believe its a scam to get my info and use it. Im so sick and tired of these indians calling from a fake capitol one bank.

Credit One calling your number multiple times. Ever since I accidentally applied with them,(thinking it was Cap1) they sold my phone number to other telemarketers and I have been getting pesky calls all day from all over the world.

They've been calling for DAYS. Constantly. No answer until today when a woman saying she was with Credit One did answer and wanted me to pay my balance in full. Scary b/c she knew my name and balance but somehow I still just feel this isn't legitimate.

This is ridiculous.  Payment not late and they keep calling every 15 min or so.  This should be against the law.

I called hem back and asked them a bunch of my own security questions. They couldn't answer any of them so I told them I couldn't help them.  Then hung up. Good times.

I decided today that enough was enough. Some how they recieved my cell number and call all day from 9am-9pm. I told them if they wanted fo actually talk to me they needed to leave a  message or answer when I pick up.  Gladys there asked me if I  had buisness with Credit One.I told her I did. She immediately asked me for my credit card number and social security number. lol I had to laugh at her. I said she should have that info and could bring up my account with my name. She became argumentative and I told her not to call my number unless they figure out the proper way to handle and treat a customer. She was still arguing when I hung up the phone. Definitely Credit One.

don't know who it is but they start calling at 8 am and are calling every hour to hour and half. they also call on sundays.....i answered and they hung up. next call is the better business bureau. i have a record of when they call and the times......it's on the answering machine.

it is not for capital one it is from credit one bank credit card. same thing here as many others. they call all day but never leave messages and i have only answered once but no one responded on the other end. i do know that i just missed a payment for the first time with them and am only 1 day late but they have been calling since before i was late. as soon as i pay the balance off i will never get a credit one credit card again as their customer service sucks and they even try to fool people with their logo. it looks just like the capital one credit card logo. many people confuse the two.

This is not Credit One. I called the actual bank and they said this wasn't them.
I even asked the people why they were calling and they said it was because our credit card was behind. I know it's not because we paid the bill in full and canceled the card about 3 weeks ago. And, one person told me they were a bank who did business with Credit One and then another man told my husband that they were Credit One. Scam

I don't think you can block the number.  I blocked it on my phone but the calls keep coming.  I suspect this is because the number that shows on your phone is a "Spoof" number.  The calls are actually coming from a number you cannot see.

I made a payment today which was not late and not over my limit. They called me several times today. Each time nobody was there when I answered. After the 4th time I called the # back and was immediately connected directly to a person, which raised a red flag. When I told her that this # had called me 4 times today and I wanted to know why she asked me if I, "am sure it is credit one that is calling you." She then asked me for my card # which i refused to give her. I gave her the last 4. She then asked for my SSN. I refused. She asked for my whole name. I gave her my last name. The whole time getting more and more sketched out. I wanted to see how far this "company" would take things. She then asked for my phone #, I gave her the last 4. She asked my billing address, I gave her the city, state, and zip. She then tried to get my whole name again. I reminded her she wasn't getting that and with the info she had she should certainly be able to find me in their "system." She DID give me my correct balance and immediately went into a, "let us take care of this balance with a credit or debit card #." I told her I made a payment, and told her the amount, online earlier today. She then said, "okay sir, then lets take care of the rest of the balance with a credit or debit card." I told her no and that I'd pay off the card next week and be canceling. I then told her to take my name off of any call list or I'd be contacting my state's attorney general.

Omg dont call the number its a joke.

Companies and the people that run them just get dumber and dumber as time goes on... Who calls a person's phone 3 times in one day, within a 4 hour time span, and doesn't leave a message... SO SO Professional!
