My grandmother recieved a phone call and a post card saying that she had pledged money (we are not sure whether or not she did). There is no evidence of this organization actually existing, and it was sent from Michigan with a return address for Fresno, CA. The post card is an obvious sham, and it seems like they might be preying on older individuals.

Got a call from the California Fire Service Review asking for a pledge amount. Did not send one in and they have been sending postcards every couple of weeks asking for the amount that they said we agreed to pledge. I looked them up as well as their mailing address and there is no known company by that name, not to mention that the postcard was mailed from zip code 48092 which is in Michigan.
