Whether they are a scam or not I do not know. I do know they lie. As fiber optics is not available in my area. I think they just get numbers and claim that fiber optic is available.

I received a call from 877-709-3832.  The associate my employer talked with was trying to get us to switch service to AT&T.  I looked the number up online and found this website.  I was hesitant at first since previous post said it was a scam.  I called AT&T to get a quote anyways and they CONFIRMED WITH ME THAT THIS NUMBER IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR WITH AT&T.  The number is not a scam.  It is a real company making calls on be half of AT&T.  The quote given to  my employee from the 877 number was accurate to what AT&T told me over the phone.   The name of the sales associate and the phone number listed above was confirmed to me by a sales manager as a listed company in their system at AT&T.

Dude - way to win me over.   I can see all those years of collage paid off.  Good luck - btw - I just blocked your telemarketing number.

these people keep calling everyday, several times. Sometimes 3+ calls a day. No one is on the other side so I can't tell them to take me off their list or to stop calling. I'm reporting them to the FCC. This is a business line and it's extremely annoying to have to deal with their calls which prevents me from doing work and helping my customers. I've read in other comments that they are calling about AT&T or whatever. We don't use AT&T, don't have an account with them, never have. Extremely annoying.

Thankyou matt for telling the truth...and for the people who read this blog YES I work for this company and we really are legit,I can understand that people have a negative opinion about us,as there are way too many people who commit scam like this.The only reason I am not giving out my name is because I dont want to a target...but everyone is free to ask me any question they wish I will answer.

Hey Casper thanks for the terse reply! This is a complaint site for unknown and unwanted telemarketing calls and there are no excuses to disguise yourselves as the client. Being a call center / telemarketer calling on behalf of a client does not make you the client and that includes inbound and outbound calling. These networks, associations, and affiliations are used to deceive the consumer. Did you want to add any more info or was this your one partial disclosure note?

Appears that our Fortune 100 companies with the use of outsourcing have created  a perpetual telemarketing program targeting the elderly, vulnerable, and uninformed. Yes, networks, associations, affiliations, and clients with everyone acting like, it wasn't me. Did  number search and this number shows up as 800 Services alongside with AT & T and TRG. Wondering how many other non-disclosed clients and non-disclosed numbers are out there? Now those customers who are not with AT&T we give them the business proposal without taking any information and if they wish to go with that so we process the order, for that we have a back office department to contacting AT&T directly and to send the technician at the workplace. Now those customers who are with AT&T we got all the information of their account AS WE ARE AUTHORIZED we call them either for upgrading their services or either provide them better deal. You guys can take it as a sale. (To be very honest) For all the calls we got a quality department, they records the calls as per as AT&T requirement just to make sure that we won't make any miss-commitment or if we do we get fired.
Now guys I love this job and I am proud to work for Americans, I am proud to be a part of an American company, I love to talk Americans and this is what I do on my every single call. Even though I look forward to continue my studies in United States and I would look forward to work for AT&T there. As it is the finest and biggest corporation.

Just blocked the number, 877-709-3832 After reading Gilberts post.

I received a call from Mark Dennis from this number to see if I wanted to upgrade to Fiber Optics, seemed easy enough because they said they were with AT&T. 7-10 days later a technician comes out and warns me that there is no Fiber Optics available yet in my area and that the service that he was doing during the appointment was just to remove and replace the working modem that I had already had. I go ahead and proceed to contact them again stating what the technician had told me and they still went ahead and tried to reassure me that it is available and that the technician was at fault for misleading information.
