called and said he was going to send a catalog for light bulbs and a knife for taking the time to talk to him but i received boxes of light bulbs and and a crazy bill that was out the roof but no catalog or knife.

this caller said they had a package I ordered and wanted to deliver it. they said they worked as a company on a UPS dock which was obviously a lie. I told them not to call again.I believe they would have delivered it and then billed for it.He said it was lighting of some sort.
