scam company ran by scammer bob

stated I owe money now I can not contact

I recieved a call today. They left a message on my voicemail accusing me of writing bad checks and commiting fraud. I don't write checks nor do I have the time or desire to commit fraud. These people are really shady!

keeps calling my work & cell phone numbers, every day!

I got a phone call from an Alyssa May stating she was from ACR processing. She gave me a call back number of 888-313-6980 ext 304 and told me that I was going to be taken to court over a loan that was defaulted from 2010. She stated that I would be charged with fraud and writing a bad check or something like that. The issue is that she stated she sent me a letter about this debt in the mail but I never received anything. She also stated that I had a very short time to respond and although she wasn't a debt collector, I could make arrangments to pay her to avoid legal action (suspicious). I asked for documentation via direct mail and she kept encouraging me to let her send me something via email instead (again suspicious). The biggest reason I am suspicious is that this woman had access to my address and email address but I don't have a checking account and have not had one in a very long time so I know that I did not take out this loan nor defraud anyone so why does she have my information? I think she was trying to scam me because any legitimate company will not need to debate with you about how to send proof of the debt they claim you owe. They would be more than willing to send you information about what you owe, how you came to owe it, and where you can send payments. She was far to sneaky in how she attempted to talk to me and she seemed to assume that I would not know my rights or be smart enough to see through her bull in order to attempt to get the facts.

Showed up on my caller id.

I received several calls from this number last fall and just today I received another one
Says it is very important that I contact ACR right away. The first message was from this number the 2nd message was from Unknown Number same guy on the message.

The idiot name is James 877-719-0087. Left a nasty voicemail on one of my coworkers voicemail for me... I requested that he cease and desist from harassing me at my place of business; which he then states that he is within his right to do so.

This guy keeps calling my work number and leaving threatening messages with just anyone and it really needs to stop before I loose my job!! I have no clue who this could be and why he keeps calling me at work!!

I also received a call from this number from a man being very threatening and nasty!!

Yes I've received 2 calls from this phone number this week. But I can't find any information regarding this company ACR & Associates.

I received the same call, about 3 different times within a week all stating it had to do something about check fraud I supposedly committed. I don't write checks EVER so I know one thing, it can not be legitimate.

has anyone dealt with this number they say they are acr associates but i cant find anything on them
