They call and call and call. You would figure they would stop calling when you tell them you have Solar Power but no it never stops.

We received a call in our office from this number. The woman insisted to speak to the Dr. I told her she was with patients could I help. She she needed to talk to her about the current bill. I knew this wasn't West Penn Power. When I wouldn't let her talk to the Dr. and she couldn't "verify" I was able to talk to her regarding the acct. she said she'd call back and hung up.  I called West Penn Power and reported it they told me there was no problem with the bill and that they don't work with any companies other than if we choose another supplier. They were able to get us on a list that by next month we won't get these calls. West Penn Power had never heard of Integrity Energy either. Be ware they are representing themselves as being from the power company, but they are not.

Got a call this afternoon from someone representing Direct Energy. Asked if I was the person responsible for handling the Dayton Power and Light bill. I answered yes. She told me how much DP&L charges for each kw and told me she could reduce my monthly bill. She asked me to get my bill and compare it to what Direct Energy could save me. She said she'd hold the line while I went upstairs to get it. I told her I didn't want to switch. She said it wouldn't be a switch because they were part of DP&L. I didn't believe that and told her I was done talking and take me off their list. I'll have to check my incoming calls now and make sure I don't answer this number again.

Received a telephone call this afternoon from 877-722-7822,  The male caller screwed up my last name then hung up the telephone.  What a loser.

These clowns, from one of several numbers including this one, want to help me with my PPL electric bill.  Even after I told them I am not in a PPL service area, which is true as our locality handles electric for us, they keep calling.

I received a call from this number and answered.  The call went dead.  I presume that this was a telemarketer trying to see what time I am available to speak with someone.  These telemarketing calls are annoying and disruptive.

I received 3 phones calls back to back from this company.
The first one I told the representative I was not interested.
I ended up hanging up on her because she would not stop talking to me.
She then called back 2 more times to tell me I was making a mistake and she would save me money.
The 4th time I did not answer, found the phone with caller ID.

My caller said they represented Coned and I was a PPl customer ( true) wanted to know if I knew about their program to purchase electric elsewhere. I said yes. ASked me to pull out my current bill to compare with them. I told I have paperless billing and not at my computer. they wanted to continue. I told I was with another company and that I check the rates regularly and I hung up.

Called to speak to the person in charge of the electric bill. Sloppy sales pitch for bogus savings. don't give out your info to them.

877-722-7822  Guy named Michael that sounded like a lady contacted me today masquerading to be Delmarva Power and Direct Energy. He wanted me to get my bill so he could save me money.

I kept getting these calls from Direct Energy. I entered them as "ignore" in my iPhone contact list.
When they call me, "ignore" comes on the screen. I do just that.

Wow. "Brittany" was a truly rude b*tch on the phone. She's been sitting on hold for a few minutes now. Let's see how long she stays... 4 minutes!!

After a 10sec pause she asked to speak with whoever handles our electric bills. When I asked who was calling she replied "Brittany," with an attitude. I had to ask what company, rather than her giving that with her name. When she gave the company name it was with even more tood.

Got calls from this number on August 17 and August 21.  Caller ID reads Integrity Commun.
No one there when picked up.

Our business gets call from this number constantly, and there's never anyone on the other end. Very annoying.

I got a call from thjat No. they wanted info. of my Light and water bill said it was going to go down. I told them I dont have a bill I shred them after I pay them. So I called our elec. Co. they asked for that Phone No.Some kind of scam I am sure.

Got a call from 877-722-7822. First thing the caller said was that she needed to speak with the person who handles our electric bill. I told her it wasn't me, and asked for her name and her company. "Michelle with Direct Energy." Then she started to get snippy with me when I asked if our billing dept was expecting her call. Said she just wanted to ask a few questions about our service and if we're paying too much (all with a rushed and b*tchy tone). I put her on hold for 15min before she hung up. With an attitude like that, ma'am, no wonder the only job you can get is a BS telemarketer.

Got a call from 877-722-7822. I screen all my calls, and I have google voice, so I can actually hear voice messages as they're being left. As soon as the voicemail picked up, the person "tsked" and let out a long annoyed sigh. Nice. Looked them up and found them here.

Call twice a month and do not say anything when I answer. We are on the do not call list which legitimate companies honor. These guys appear to be questionable.

Caller I.D. says UNAVAILABLE.  The JERKS called my business and hung up on the answering machine which ties up my phone and wastes my time. I do not do business of any kind with JERKS like that.  I will not answer this number in the future

Called my office number and caller ID says Integrity Communications, which is not one of our vendors, so I did not answer. They did not leave a message. Looked up on-line and there are several legitimate Integrity Communications in various places, none of which have this phone number. I won't be answering any subsequent calls from it.

Received a call this morning from this number, which is the number for Direct Energy.  They pretended to be from my local company.  The call was confusing and manipulative.  This speaks poorly of their integrity.  It would not be wise to believe anything that they offer is real.

WTG!!! I wonder if these calls could be recorded if a person received them on their cellphone. Does anyone know?

After filing a complaint with PUCO recieved a call from direct telling my my # has been removed and no more calls this morning 1-9-12 @ 9:15am phone ring and guess who direct calling again trying to switch me when advised that a head boss put a do not call or knock on my # they said tuff S__ and would continue to call to harrass me till i switched well i called the boss back and played back the recorded call, the person was fired & the next call will result in class action suit and will use the recording in court! When that happens & I file, I will post here with the lawyers info to join it. Please make sure you document dates and times of calls.

I received a call from them today.  they wanted to talk to the one in charge of the electric bill.  I told them I was.  They said they were from Ameron, I told them I had Tri County,  She said Oh excuse me I got the wrong person and hung up

I received a call from this number today, and I informed the caller that we are not interested in switching at this time- AKA, we're not suckers and we will not fall for your tricks. Better luck next time. These people should look into getting REAL jobs.

i keep getting calls from this number and from 248-579-5558. they both hang up as soon as i answer. in the beginning when i would answer, they would ask me questions about my electric and i would say i'm not interested. after about 4 calls in 2 weeks, they stopped talking to me when i'd answer and now just call and hang up. every time.

Got a call and was asked for whoever paid the energy bill.  I asked who was calling and was told DIRECT ENERGY.  When i told her I was on the Do Not Clal list, she denied any knowledge of this list.  When I asked her for details,  because I believe there is a fine involved, she siad have a nice day and proceeded to hang up.  Oh yeah, it's a Vonage phone and I live in England!
