I was also scammed out of money from them

This person and company is now called wellington ans associates and they are not legite. I was scammed out of money and currently have a dispute pending. This person most likely has bought a list of charged off accounts and the original company will never get this money. Do not give this person any information. The fact thatthey can tell you about a debt that you may have had does not make it legitimate.

Brookshire asset is a debt collector i too have them calling me but a had a woman named Theresa. She did tell me the company I owed money to, And she is right i do owe that money. The only problem i have now is i set up a payment arrangement for every 2 weeks and now i am trying to get a hold of them to find out how much more i owe and i wanted to skip a payment because my paycheck that week was going to be tight. Nobody answers when you call. i have tried all the extensions nobody answers it is voicemail and gues what they dont return your calls either. i have been trying for a week and no one has returned my calls, and they dont even have a receptionist that you can talk to,

Debt collector

I recieved a phone call from a man saying he was Jeremy Sweot(?) fdrom (877)727-7360. He claimed he was calling to collect a debt owed to a company he could not give a name for. When I didn't return a phone call to provide him with banking information he has called my employer every hour on the hour demanding to talk with me. He said he will continue to call til he reaches me. I cant find him or the supposed company anywhere in the New York area. He is a very rude man and will continue to harass you until you give him your banjk info and gets the money hs is trying to claim is owed for a civil matter

Got a voice mail from 877-727-7360 by a man who says he is Jeremy Swiant (sp?) who claims he is filing a civil case against me for his client with a case number that is not on any court docket, nor have I received an official notification in the mail for this supposed case.  Googling his name and phone number brings up nothing.

Got a call from 877-727-7360. Person claimed to be with an asset management company in Amherst, N.Y. Can't find the company on the BBB, State of New York government website, or any other place.
