1-877-728-6040   where I should to call them . I was told about my car  (which leasing terms have expired 3 years ago).I think the time has come to define, that  it is funny and open type of fraud that goes unpunished.

You know how they get your "car info"?  Department of Motor Vehicles!  Your vehicle registration is PUBLIC INFORMATION!  I ADVISE ANYONE WANTING TO GET AN EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT TO GO TO THIER LOCAL CAR DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE GARAGE.  YOU WILL GET A REAL CONTACT FROM A COMPANY WHO IS REPUTABLE.  Stay away from these scams!  I have seen to many people come in to me and ask about them, to research and find they are scams...NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! SHAME ON THEM!

Received a letter Nov. 2010 referencing this phone number from Program Headquarters, St. Louis MO. Letter came from G. Raresh Program Coordinator..  Checked them on BBB - many complaints. Don't get taken.

Received my second ltr from this scam outfit today. First ltr came about 3 weeks ago. Considering I'm on the DMA do not mail list which works, I get no junk mail (except for scam companies) to speak of, this company is never getting any business from me. The phone number supplied with their ltr is 877-728-6040, scam, scam, scam, listed as Program Headquarters (SPD) out of St. Louis, MO

At least your envelope had a return address.

Scam. My mom just got a notice from them. Had no logo from VW, but very well presented letter, but very much on the IMMEDIATE side. Didn't mention the cost of the warranty (of course) but said she'd save $600 in Road Side Assistance. Interesting that they were off by a year on the length of the warranty of her car. They also do the letter in spanish on the back side. The envelope is one address, the letter has the other. I agree with "discusted car salesman," I got an extended plan for my car from AAA - all above level.
