I receive threatening voice mails from an Indian guy claiming that I owed money and I was supposed to pay it off and if I didn't then they will prosecute me and put a warrant out for my arrest he even read back my full social security number so now I'm in the process of reporting identity theft. When I did finish paying off the loan they did not send a summary claiming that I have finished paying it off and now I am getting emails Stating that I am about to be soon on 4 different kinds of fraud.

I took out $300 loan then realized that I was being charged a little bit more than what I agree to so then I decided to pay it off as soon as possible I have two emails with the account summaries stating that I have paid more than 90 dollars biweekly. towards the end they were saying that their system was temporarily down. and they did not take the money out of my account as they usually do. so I called the 877 7316 174 number and ask them what were the options now so they told me that I can either pay the 90 that I usually would or I can pay the 190 and finish payin off my loan. When I applied for the loan that started all whole chain of phone calls from across the country asking whether or not I wanted to reapply for a different loan or a few threatening phone calls saying that I owed money which was not true

I got 300 from them and never even signed an agreement or anything it was just there so i reported to my back they were trying to take money from me after like two weeks from givin it to me so i froze my account and now there calling me saying im being sued and i need a lawyer so what do i do?

I also Took out a $300 loan from them around the first of April 2013..and the agent I spoke with informed me that they would be taking approx 90.00 out of my Checking Account every two weeks until the loan would be paid in full!! So for approximately two months they kept taking money out and then I figured up the amount and I had paid them over 560 Dollars already.. So I contacted them, and they told me that they would continue to take out the $90.00 every two weeks until I paid them back in the amount of $390.00 and that the 90.00 was only a service charge and didn't go towards the loan amount. So I went to my bank and had a stop payment placed on it.. A few days later after they normally would have ach debited that amount, they contacted my Father as well as me and told us that if we didn't pay them that they would be filing Charges against me for Fraud, Theft and would be doing so through the local Court system in the County in which I had been residing. I called them back and they let me speak with a Collection agency who stated that if I didn't setup some type of payment arrangement with them they'd have no choice but to proceed with Charges against me. I'm sick of this BS and wish there was some way I could file a lawsuit against them for being rude with me on the phone and lying to me about the original contract. I tried to find a copy of the original contract but couldn't find one in any emails from them, and even went to their website and put in my SS Number but it gave an error!!

I took a $200 loan out from this company and they started calling harassing me threaten to take me to hail and file a warrant on me. They are bogus and a fake. They take way more money than you agree. I asked them for a mailing address they stated they don't have one. I've closed my account with my bank and changed my number.

We have the same problem they keep on taking money from us every two weeks to keep it open this needs to stop  and they where crud to us and also said we need to pay a one time amout to close it and we paid the amount they gave us but they still take money out

This company is a fake.....after i received my $300.00 little loan. They were rude and crude....They debited my account twice.....in which i had no idea they were doing so....So I called them for a better understanding thats when they turned rude and crude.....Iv ask for a copy of my terms and service agreement but i have yet to see one.....It was suppose to be emailed to me twice.....Yea right.....So my bank is working with me on this and they will no longer recieve anymore money out of my account....However i do want to pay them back the $300.00 dollars i borrowed bc its the right thing to do but i cant even get a mailing address from them so i can send them a money order....what a  shame.....so for those of you out there thats experienced this same problem pls let me  no bc i would like to talk to a manager or maybe someone that has ownership in this company.....Because all of this is bs.....

Getting harassing/threatning phone calls from this number.

I took out a small loan in the amount of $ 200, from Liberty Group. My bank account has been overdraw from the them taking money out my account ( bi- weekly). I have contacted my bank about this and I will be filing fraude on my checking account. The company told me, they will be taking $75 service fee out of my account each time I get pay. I have try to contact this company, and I got a message saying that their close and I should call back in normal business hour, even when they should be open at 9 am in the morning. I think this company is feak and they will be contacted by the police when I done with them.

I took a loan out with this company in June.  They have ACH Debit set up to collect the money back from my checking account.  That means that if they do not cancel the automatic debit, they will continue to take money from my account.  My loan was for only $200.00 (in June).  Today  is November 29, 2012. I have print outs from my bank that go back to June through the day that I reported them to my bank (Oct. 30, 2012).  I have proof that they take out more than I agreed to ($90.00 bi-weekly).  They have taken out $120.00 bi-weekly since June but now they are calling my job and have called my cell phone threatening to take me to court.  I told the guy (Michael Thomas) that Liberty Group breached the contract by debiting my account for an amount that I did not agree to, he got upset and hung up on me.  Sounds like they have internal collections.  Anyway, my bank statements prove and validate that I have paid this company over $800.00 on a $200.00 loan.  According to contractual law, if a contract is breached, the contract is no longer valid.  And according to my records, Liberty Group breached their own contract from the beginning by taking an unauthorized amount of money from my account.  Now 5 months later, they want to threaten me with court.  Bring it on.  I have documents that prove this company has fraudulent accounting practices, needs to be prosecuted and must repay me every dollar they have taken from my account.

I took a pay day loan out through this company on line but have not received the funds yet so is this company LIberty  Group Partners legititmate there is no contact information as address or anything.  im worried did not get money and just let me know asap i will close account out.

This is a fake payday loan company.  They put money in your account without your
authorization and then repeatedly try to take money out of your account. They fraudulently
sign your name on the documents and email it to you.
I have filed a police report and closed my checking account.
I hope they are caught and serve time well deserved.

i took out a LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE MONTHS AGO FOR A SMALL AMOUNT DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM FOR AWHILE NOW THEY CALL AND  THREATEN TO TAKE IT TO AN ATTORNEY SINCE I CANT PAY. WHAT DO I DO. I HAVE HEARD THEY ARE NOT REAL BUT IS THIS TRUE OR NOT AND HOW CAN I FIND OUT

These people are calling my work number harassing my co-workers and my employer has informed me that I will be terminated if this continues. Can someone help me.
