This company has called about 12 of my friends, relatives, and people I have not had contact with in 20 years today, claiming to be an investigator for my county , and that he needed to serve papers on me.  He is NOT an investigator with my county.  He said is name is JR Martin.     I do NOT owe the company they are saying I owe, and when I called the company, asking them to cease and desist, the lady who was supposedly a supervisor, told me "F*uck You", at which point I hung up.

This person called me claiming to be a "state prosecutor," (did not say where or for what department) and gave a case number, and said this was the "one last time" to review my case.  Didn't tell me what the "case" was about.  We've had news reports in the state saying there were people calling others claiming to be from bogus federal agencies, saying they'd need to pay a "fine" for some bogus "crime" they committed.  I pay my bills, I haven't committed any offense, so I KNOW this is bogus.  Be warned!!!
