I called and entered my info... they wanted to tell me I was overdue for my pap smear. What a lame way to let me know this info. So its legitimately Kaiser Permanente - but a rather stupid way to share info with members.

Got a robot - like call / male asked if i am (my first name) but then went on, asked for my Kaiser medical record number and said will wait while I get it... same as first reported call... after this I called the Kaiser office and they said they didn't recognise this to be a Kaiser real call... Hang UP

This computer message states it has" an important message from Kaiser", then it will ask you for health assurance ID#, they state they will wait while you get this if you do not know it...... not sure if this is a scam, but likely....hang up! I did.

My husband spoke with someone and when he said I wasn't there the caller hung up
