we have received daily calls from this number for almost TWO years now. Ever since we moved into our new home. My husband changed out message to stating "THIS IS NOT THE VALDEZ RESIDENCE, STOP CALLING HERE!" only to get a voicemail left from some b**ch "Well then why don't you change your number" I don't even know what to do anymore, we don't even have our ringer on anymore because of them.

I keep getting calls from this number and several others.  I've had this phone about 3 months and they continually call 5-6 times a day.  I got this phone for my use, not theirs, and there has to be some way to stop them from calling me.  I just don't answer them after I checked one.  I have the numbers I use labeled.  I am not Dennis McNut.  *sighs*  I know I've received 3 from Verizon for him and supposedly they have removed me.. and it seems to me that they should KNOW this is no longer his phone number.

I receive a call everyday from this number and from 877-451-8502 and 451-8519,.,,and leave a message saying "is this is not Wendy Rodriguez pls press 2 now.   I don't know any Wendy Rodriguez .....Need to report this number not to call me ANYMORE

These air heads keep calling my house they ask for my daughter. I told the man who could not speak very well english....(same with next callers) I never had a daughter nor do I have one living here.....Guy ask's "Can I speak to your daughter".....I just LOL.....I mean what country did these people go to school in.....they can not speak english or understand it ??........guess "TDBug" is 100% right about "Drop Outs"  must have been 1st. grade........ I would think a company said to be acting for AT&T would at least have a some what educated staff........I can tell you what these guy's wifes are doing when they our at work..............

I keep getting these harassing calls about SOMEONE ELSES un paid Cell Phone Bill .  I have a PAY IN ADVANCE TRACFONE ! !

I got a call from them at 1:37AM UTC/GMT (5:37PM PST) and they didn't leave a message. I called back and I asked who they were and what they wanted. She mumbled her name and company then didn't ask what phone number I was calling from, she asked my name. I said, "I'm not telling you who I am, YOUR company called ME, tell ME who YOU are". She said, very rudely, "I already told you..Angela from VSC! What is your name?" (she still never asked for my telephone number). I figured it was irrelevant since it was probably a wrong number, so giving my name would turn up nothing.

I told her my name was Felipé Chung, then SHE hung up on ME.  

For these types of calls, I have always used this form letter with 100% success. send it certified with a return receipt (the green card that gets signed and sent back, so you can tell your friends that you got your "green card" LOL me so funny)

Actually, you're wrong about that.  If it were as simple and stress-free as you say, then I would imagine pages like these would never be visited.  There is a process with which to get these folks and others to stop bullying you.  Unfortunately, it often requires a length of time, lots of leg work for writing letters, copies and authentication proceedures for the coorespondences.  Many times you'll find yourself going through these steps two or three times before they will cease...at least for a period of 90 days.  It may be a "Legit" collection agency, and they do NOT collect debt.  They buy debt and collect on the collateral of it, but they are nothing more than bullies.  They are scripted calls, with wording and strategy designed to intimidate, frustrate and beguile the 'customer' on the other end of the line.  Luckily, there is no debtors prison and neither are these or others able to actually perform 99% of the actions they threaten against you.  They DO lie.  They WILL steal from your bank accounts, and they will NOT stop trying to get YOUR money in lieu of the true responsible persons income to settle their collections.  Their buisness is fraut with legal loopholes, and they hire not by intelligence or experience, but by ability to frustrate and frighten.  It really is a neat buisness idea depending on how you see it.  Do a simple google search of your frustrations and you'll find a handfull of methods people use or have discovered, including your OWN scripted responses and answers, that will drive them nuts on the other end.  As soon as they start to loose their cool, or raise their voice or make that..one little offensive slur or threat...it's done.  Remember, you're dealing with high school drop outs, and people that are only working enough to maintain their assistance requirements.  Use big words and lots of smart sentances, and most of them will start studdering and cussing within a few moments.

I get voicemails from this number, if they are a real company- you would think they would not just leave a recording with an english accent- I can't take anyone seriously if they are legit without more info or at least an account number or extension to call...

They are calling you because you owe a Verizon, Sprint, and or ATT bills.. because you signed up for a contract.. you have to agree to the contract before you get your phone turned on.. they have all your information. Name, DOB, SSN, Address, Phone Number.. they have access to get your new phone number.. find out you have a house payment, or car payments, they have access to see your loans, and even able to get your relatives phone numbers to contact you at or leave you a msg.. brother, sister, mother, father, son, or daughter.. even your neighbors phone number so they can run across the street to tell you to call these this number.. only way to get some respect from a place like this is to be nice.. you get a phone call and you hang up on them they will put you on the top of the list compaired to they guy that was nice to them.. they might leave him alone for awhile.. they get paid to call you and they get paid hourly they dont care if your wasting their time they get paid for it..

This number 877-738-7938 keeps calling my husbands work and they are getting upset.  We don't owe anyone so want to know why they won't quit calling...

this number is for adebt col in denver co. and is trying get mioney from any old cell phone bills that are not paid. thay are scum of the earth. they dont know even what cell phone comany you had.

they call at 815am every moring

this number calls me everyday at least three times. They seem to be looking for someone else and when I speak with a rep to tell them that I am not the person that they are looking for they say they will take my number off the list and the next day they call right back.

How do I get rid of this annoying (3-4 times/day) call?  I do not owe any money. I have stopped answering, but would like for them to quit ringing me. So annoying!

I am tried of these call..no message..if you call it back you can't understand a word they are saying...

I receive at least two calls a day from this number 877-738-7938; only one that receives my cell number is Family, Friends, work and it is on my resume. I called the number; caller said "Virtuoso Sourcing Group" she said she is looking for Tato. I asked how they received my number, she said, "he gave it to us." I replied that I do not know  Tato and if they can remove my number from their files, she said yes. I did not take a name -oops. What concerned me is there was a beep sound upon hanging up, similar to what you hear when you call 911. I Panicked and then googled the number; I was concerned that they can remove information off of my phone because I had called them ( not legal of course). No one on this site has mentioned the sound I heard. I called my local police department and spoke with an officer about this. He said, "he is not aware of any electronic device where someone can remove data off your phone, from you calling them." *****This is what the office said todo \;"Register your number on the 'NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" site (https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx) it takes about two days to be processed through. If they call again, you let them know that you have registered on the National Do Not Call Registry' and you will sue them if they call again; this is considered harassment. And that will stop them from calling." I hope this helps.

This number keeps calling and refering to a case #.  I do not owe anyone anything, and it has become very annoying; always a recording on the other end.

This is a collection call from AT&T.

Block the number.  Your provider can tell you how.

Or put the number in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make the phone stop ringing while you are in class or asleep.

I am not the person they are looking for, i have no idea who it is, i know my number i recycled but i cannot get a hold of anyone to tell them this isn't the person they are looking for, its getting annoying because they call me during class, while i am sleeping, etc, they just called me and its 8pm on a sunday night west coast! STOP CALLING ME!
