I had 3 emails from them saying that I had a payment coming due. I had borrowed from them once. A year prior to the emails and I had paid back my loan and never borrowed it again. That number was in my emails. I called 3 different days and each day I was on hold 20 minutes or longer before I hung up.

Called once and answer service came on. The next time i called it was nothing.
