There was a message left on the voicemail for a relative left by a (JOE BANKS) process server who stated that she has an active court summons will be served, to rectify this matter outside of the courts and without all charges, two hours to contact the plaintiff's office and if she does not hear from the plaintiff to not serve him, he will be served by her and a legal officer at his home or place of employment.
