The "locator"  called my mom n law again today saying she hasn't heard from the company and wanted to know my number. She didn't give it to her. My in law gave me the number on the caller id which was 712-4297 it said my call cudn go through. I called comprehensive again n told them I needed the address of the company she told me due to privacy of employees they cudn give it out. I asked for the state she said Miami Florida. I looked on BBB site typed in company name n state n saw nothing resembling them. I called back they Didn answer I left a message saying I didn't see there company on BBB n if I owe this debt then I need documentation sent to me stating who its from how much n where its going before I pay anything. If I owe the debt u give me proper paperwork then u will get Ur money. Haven't heard back yet.

I received the same call.  This is CRAZY!  She even called me back to ask to speak to my supervisor.  Did she think that I would be that stupid?  These are obviously not the brightest people on the planet.

I meant to say that  a process server does not try to contact the person they are serving to confirm their address and contact information. Nor do they give you a heads up you are being served.

I just rceived what sounded like a recorded message saying that I had charges against me, they wanted me to call back this number to confirm my address and place of business to serve me. I work for a law firm and know that process server tries to contact you to confirm your address and advise they are serving you. I didn't call back. I know this is a total scam and harrassment.

They called my in law n my mom trying to find me. I called and they said I had charges against me for fraud. They asked if I've been served papers I said no she said good we can stop the process if u pay this debt. She asked me if I was trying to commit fraud I laughed and said really lady????

Received a call several minutes ago.  Caller was in Norman, Oklahoma, but representing a company she called Comprensive.  Claimed she had a message for my daughter about Charges against her.  She argued with me when I told her to take my number off of her call list.  She said she didn't have a call list.  She gave me the call back number  I told her that there were no charges against my daughter and she argued with me and said that there were.
I know my daughter doesn't have any charges of any kind against her.  This is a scam.
