this person called many times as many as 10 times a week, never left a message i tried picking up once...nothing i'm sure it is some sort of collection company because many of collection companies call me looking for a different person

These folks call all day and have been told the person does not live here.  They say will give a message I have told them they can not harass me on a daily basis.
I do not have a loan with them.

I got a call from this number this morning. After picking up and saying "hello" a few times a man came on asking to speak with so-and-so. I told him that she doesn't live here and he has the wrong number. He proceeded to ask "Are you sure you don't know her? She's not a friend?" I said "No, I don't know her". He said "A complete stranger?" By this time I was getting really annoyed. After telling him again that I don't know her he said "Ok, sorry to bother you." and hung up. Didn't say who he was or what company he works for.

We got digital home phone service about a week ago, just moved in two weeks ago, and I'm already tired of all the telemarketers and random people who call.

Same here - kept showing up, so I finally answered.  The automated message said "thank you for calling PLS Loan Stores...all representatives are currently busy."  Hey...they called ME!

I got a call from this number a few times, so I blocked the number and called back and it says thank you for calling PLS..Payday Loan Store. I never even went to a Payday Loan Store.
