received the same call started yesterday saying the same thing and calling me ugly and my whole family called the cops and they said don't answer them its a scam..

A Ms. Codwell called and said that I must call this number back to confirm my address and phone, because of a complaint against me with my name and ss# attached to it....I did not call back. She did not state the company name or any Ref#. Scam!

Same call, same BS.  They said there is a process service scheduled for Thursday and wanted me to confirm my address and location.   877-762-8896 is the number.  Federal Trade Commission says never to call these idiots back when you get harassing calls.  I'm not.

877-762-8896 has called me about 3 times.  Now they are calling me from an unknown number, but telling me what number to call back in the voice message.  They told me I was being served on Thursday and to call back and verify address and such to be served.  I never call back!  If this was legit, I would not be getting a threatening phone call yelling while leaving a voice mail.  These people are unprofessional, and I'm about to get the police involved if it doesn't stop.

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

We got a call with the same info as above! The man was very threatening, Called my son a liar and wound up hanging up on him. He said you owe $110,000 for a house or vehicle you purchased. How could that be? I did not purchase a house or vehicle for that kind of money. I believe this to be a scam and will not answer any more calls from this number. I advice you do not either and let them take you to court. They will not because it is a scam. They wanted an address, Social security number and a drivers license number. Please do not give them any information.

They call everyday with the message "call and verify your name and address for the plaintiff". They called today and I was fed up. I answered and gave them a piece of my mind. The representative hung up on me twice. The third time I asked to speak with her manager and some random person said he was the manager. I reported "Amira" but I felt he wasn't even the manager. Why call people scamming? Get a life!

Been receiving calls from this number everyday for a couple of weeks. I have not called back, as they do not identify the company, a claim number, or any information that a legimate call of this sort would give. Also, I have no knowledge of any claims against me for anything. I believe this is a scam and would appreciate the company losing my number.

yep last three days same call, I don't answer restricted numbers they left a recording.  They right in there with the pharmacy Indians calling and don't care who they harass.  Their soles will rot slowly and soon the oxy wont work any longer, they will break the law live on the lamb and die before sixty owing everyone money. Ashes wont be spread, just dumped.  

Received a call from 1-877-762-8896. The automated voice mail message said:"This serves as a file notice to verify name and location for claimant. There is a service of process scheduled for Thursday morning. Please call 1-877-762-8896 to confirm or reschedule."  I called that number and an african american man answered.  I asked him where he was calling from and he said "depends what your name is."  I said, look, this is a government number you called and I need to know the name of your business. He said"I work in this big building and there are a lot of offices here. I just answer phones."  So I proceeded to let him know not to call again.  I think this is a scam as well.

Getting a call daily from 877-762-8896, asking for confirmation of address to deliver something on Thursday. I owe debt but I will not be giving them any information or money unless they have papers served to me by the sheriff department in my county. Will be reporting this number to Attorney General's office.

Same thing asking for name address need to verify, I don't answer tired of this crap in my messages

The first call I received saying that they needed to confirm my name address for papers being served..okay sure.. I received a call saying that today I have a civil complaint against me that is attached to my name and social!!!scammers!! It was really something against anyone that's getting call, if it was anything serious u wi get a true person calling and something in the mail or something... Scammmm!! Don't call number back!!!

Interesting, we got a voicemail, called back, got a "get the way out of my ears and have him call me" threat. Mind you this is for a relative that listed our number as a contact. My husband called back and gave him a tongue lashing. He then proceeded to call me back and leave a voice mail calling my husband a 'nitwit', his military service 'nothing he cared about' (only reason given is that we haven't had anything to do with Omaha since leaving 26 years ago and called me a "cry baby". What a great 'professional'. Sounds like a fatass in need if his next Big Mac/Lg Fry/Diet Coke IV

 They called yesterday saying I was being served papers tomorrow and I should call back to confirm name, address, etc...I do have some past debt but no legal actions against me nor have I received any mail saying I need to handle this before legal action was taken.  For that reason, I'm not calling back to speak to some a-hole.  We'll see if I get served anything tomorrow.  Smells like a collection scam.

Yep getting same calls . Settled on bill over 4 years ago for half of amount.ancient history. Well now getting this guy calling me supposed to serve papers tomorrow on a count that has been paid for the rest of the money. They buy these things for penny's on the dollar and harass until you pay whatthey think Is fair.....f*** off michael blackwood if you ever threat in my wife again I will drive to your pathetic excuse for a job and beat the f*** out of you

Just received a call from this number and got similar message.  No one was there, just a recording.  I tried calling back this number back and got a "Nicole". She didn't say her organization.

Received a voice mail, saying final notice, call back to confirm address where to be served, right, they don't call to tell you you are going to be served, scumbags... Give me a break
