Received a call from a number claiming to be Chase Lending Services (302) 758-1000. I called this number (877) 763-3440 back and contrary to the comments above, this is legitimately Chase. I only gave them my phone number on my account and they were able to access the reason they were calling.

Yes, they did put me on hold to look-up my information, but I didn't tell them anything other than my phone and last four of the SSN.

Got a message from this same number -- said they were with Chase Business services.  Called them back and they couldn't tell me why they called me in the first place and put me on hold.  Checked the number on this website and hung up.

WOW,

Just received a call from this number also on my cell phone, caller was VERY Pushy and RUDE, I asked for a number and ext to call them back which I was given 877-763-3440 ext 32110. I goggled the number before calling back took me less then one minute. When I called back I was grilled once again, I stopped her and asked her was she aware of these postings? I had to talk over her three times before she would listen. I then read four of them to her and gave her the web site. I reminded her that she told me I was being recorded so I said kindly have your supervisor review what I was trying to tell her and why I was hesitant to talk freely to her........When the number she provided to me could not be googled back to a illegitimate business, only to a site with complaints.....

Just go to your telephone company web site and BLOCK the offending number, so it will not be able to come thru.
But that's nothing permanent, because those Caller ID spoofers use a number for one day or so, then start to use some other number. The numbers they use are abandoned numbers, not yet reassigned by the telephone companies.
From Wikipedia:

Caller ID spoofing is the practice of causing the telephone network to display a number on the recipient's Caller ID display which is not that of the actual originating station. The term is commonly used to describe situations in which the motivation is considered malicious by the speaker or writer. Just as e-mail spoofing can make it appear that a message came from any e-mail address the sender chooses, Caller ID spoofing can make a call appear to have come from any phone number the caller wishes. Because of the high trust people tend to have in the Caller ID system, spoofing can call the system's value into question.

It is amazing that such a crooked practice is allowed to go on!
Where are the feds when I need them????? I wrote to my US Rep...no response!

Bottom line: IGNORE IT and never give the other side ANY information. PERIOD!

This was a fake call from Chase bank.  It is part of a "fishing" scam according to chase where they try to obtain more information for fraudulent uses.  BEWARE!  Don't give anyone any information if they are not calling from a familiar number.

Hah, when I called them back they said it was in reference to my business banking card.  When I queried her as to which card it was since she said she was calling on behalf of Chase, she said just a minute and hung up.
