collect corp left message for callback

Debt-collecting Lawyers, who don't seem to understand what a Bankruptcty is, and what they're NOT permitted to do after one is filed.

Noel, Bailey and Associates, barristers and solicitors, started calling for a Rob Rand and have been calling every twenty minutes. I have left three calls with their people advising there isn't a Rob Rand here nor heve we every heard of them. The still call! I think they are a debt collector.

This place has called several times and left messages for a man I've never heard of before - I assume it's the person who had my phone number before me. They sometimes call two times a day and leave messages, but I'm at work so I don't get them until I get home. I called back once and got a hold of someone. I told her it's the wrong number and she said she'd mark the file. It's been about two months and now they're calling again for the same guy. I tried calling the number back but it just rang and rang.

This firm or what has called several times for a Tammi. She does not live here, um are they going to figure that out. I can see this could be a concern..

my dad received a letter from a Noel Daley and Associates barristers and solicitors from the address of 111 Peter st suite 305,Toronto ,On . M5V 2H1 and the reply number was 1-877-766-7695.. This number is totally bogus for them and also they wanted collection on a debt that does not exist nor did my Dad incur .. The letter states legal action against assets will commence to repay this debt..  Funny laugh to this.. the number does correspond to Collect Corp.. and also.. I have never recieved any letters of collection for my dad prior and he has lived in the USA for 9 years.. this was just his last known address prior to his move.. This place is bogus and I feel they need to be investigated for fraudulent operations..

Called my cellphone looking for somebody named James Pfisterer (spelling??)and left a few voicemails, then when I answered it, I told them they had the wrong number and they asked "well, who's number is this?" I said I didn't have to tell them that and hung up on them! The caller ID just said "716". No other info. The "877-766-7695" was retrieved from my voicemail.

It's some sort of collection agency, perhaps named Federal Credit, in Toronto.  I've been harrassed for over two years by collectors for a person with a SIMILAR name.  The 877-766-7695 was left on my answering machine as a call-back number by a jerky guy named Warren.
