Very friendly, persistent but unsuccessful CSR turned me over to her 'pitbull supervisor' who (verbally abused) harassed me. He tried to trap me by making my answers to his questions look like I was a liar and a thief. Very unprofessional, since I cannot help the situation I'm in.

They keep calling 5 times a day to collect debt on behalf od JC Penny. I spoke to so call,"Ms. Johnson" and she was really rude. Dont answer any of their calls.

I have received many calls from this number with no messages or identification. I thought there were laws in place that did not allow these annoying calls on a Sunday evening right before nine.
I have no idea who they are as they leave no message and I don't answer.
