The number given  (480-499-4942) for Todd is actually to the owner.  The company Pacific Financial Group is now Nationwide Financial Group and is owned by Todd and his son Shawn. Neither one of them cares about working with you they just want money and have found a way to scare consumers into paying them so they get rich quick.

They are attempting to collect on bad payday loans that they have bought.  They have bought the debt from such companys as Check N Go and American Web Lending.  How they go about the calling to get you on the phone is illegal.

A Simple Google Check Would have shown you this Is a Post Net Location. For Post office Boxes.. Use the Map next time.. anywho. However the address you have are correct. But are both registered to Daddy.. So who's is Who's would be Helpful.. Also They have DUI's, no felonies on record that would prevent them from owning this biz. I got a call from 219-306-4696 and a  lady by the name EMBRA REED  from company NATIONWIDE  left a message on my answering machine that I must call immediately to 877-769-6194 Ext. 309 to avopid further actions. That I must pay money to settle my case before they go further. This people are calling to my work as well. HOW CAN I STOP THEM? I have no idea who they are and I don't have to pay any money to anybody. Should I contact police?

I got a call from this company regarding a debt, I believed them called today to make a payment and the number is disconnected. I got lucky, this must be a scam

Called from number (760)389-4716 sayiny that they need to speak to some chick that i dont even know and asking if i know their wherabouts so he can serve these papers for charges and that if i do know her that i had better have her call his clients at 877-769-6194 to settle the matter. I told him that what he was doing by giving me information was illegal. he said that if i knew her that it was to be in her best interest to call because he was getting ready to go on his route to serve- he was trying to threaten and intimidate me even though i did not even know the chick- thought it would be best it i noted another number they are using....scum bags

Same here they refused to give me anything in writing, but that 1877#. Lisa Roberts has been calling me all day on my job threatening to come to my job to serve me papers. I said she can serve me all she wants but at my home. She refused. My boss (who is also a lawyer) called 877-769-6194. They had that ref. #, but said no one made any calls to me. They put her on hold. After a few minutes they said someone would call her back. Still waiting. I also tracked down the debt they were referring to which is really with a company called BCR and its for $50.  I settled it.

I asked this Nationwide company to provide me with their business information.  They refused to provide any information to prove they are a valid business.  However, they asked me for my personal information.  They call daily and make threats. They say its fraud not to give them a credit card number and pay your debt.  I have no problem paying my debt and would be more than happy to if they would just show me proof they are who they say they are.  Seems like a scam to me.

These people call me repeatedly at the office demanding I tell them where I am so they can serve me with papers.

If we have their names, can't we press charges against them?  Should we contact the Phoenix police?

Just discussed with attorney is who specializes in these cases. He found these POS brothers in a database. They disappear into the woodwork and come out under another name or number when approached with legal action. He said for that reason most attorneys won't waste their time on pure scammers as these guys are.  This is more of an interstate fraud issue to be handled by criminal investigation. F'ing scum bags.

From what I read, the fact that they represent we are all about to "have charges" filed against us is highly illegal. This could be worth a couple follow up phone calls
