Creditors Interchange, file charges with the ftc.org, illegal to talk to you once after being asked to stop, or talk to any third party about you. Fines are quite nice for each infraction.

I can't believe these people!  They called my 70+ year old inlaws.  I was devastated!  Hope they stop.  Not happy :(

called making threats of lawsuits. said they would not work with debt management company. telling i was not allowed to use debt company file bankruptcy or anything. i told them to stop calling and they called 4 times in half hour.

BOFA, like any other creditor DOES NOT have to work with a third party debt negotiator and cannot be forced to.  You mean you didn't know this before you signed the contract with them?

So. Do what I do - they can't (or won't) accept any repayment offers you have for them, and/or they just are rude, or whatever,
I just HANG UP on them. No need to say 'bye' or anything - some people should just be hung out to dry.

I have had the displeasure of dealing with Gene Pasinski. Creditors Interchange is what we call a "bottom feeder". They either buy the debt or are assigned the debt. Either way, they are not owed a DIME. If the debt is indeed legitimate then any monies owed are owed to the original creditor. I run a firm that specializes in dealing with these degenerates who are on par with prison guards in being socially acceptable.

The Caller ID actually showed as 800-724-1107 but the number left to call was 877-770-6326 with a 4 digit extension. Man named Brian Ard asked for my husband, Reference # xxxxxx, said he needed a call today "in regards to verfication of documents needed to receive". After reading all the above I will not be returning this call. Thanks everyone!

I assume this call to be from Bank of America.
We sent them a "Do not call" letter 2 months ago and they continue to harrass us, which is against the law.

Creditor's Interchange is located in Buffalo, NY,  and they have a large collection operation across the river in Canada where the wages and worker benefits are even smaller.

VERY aggressive debt collectors who lie, threaten and do any illegal act imaginable to separate you from your money. These are nasty, desperate conmen,  and should NEVER be trusted. They have posed as bankers, lawyers and other professionals to scare consumers into believing something bad would happen, if monies were not immediately forthcoming.

In reality, these low-lives of the collection industry are nothing but a fraud! Any debt collector from Buffalo, New York is desperate, however Creditors Interchange apparently is hiring the WORST of the WORST! Stay far away -- they are desperate and dangerous.

If boa doesn't want to work with a debt settlement company then maybe you should find a better way of handling the acount. The bank are not obligated to work with a company like that especially if they are not making payments to the bank. You're better off filing bankruptcy then flgetting sued by one of your creditors

I woman named Tara (extension 3587) called concerning an account with BOA. Since the beginning of 2009, I have been working with CreditGuard [www.creditguard.org] on a four year program to settle all my debt, but BOA has refused to participate in the program. Every other creditor has! (I have letters and statements to prove it.) The calls have been going on for six months, now. They call repeatedly, have threatened legal action, I say "fine: your client can explain to a judge in my county court why BOA declined to participate in the program. (While they are at it, maybe they can explain why BOA closed their bank branch in the poor midtown neighborhood.)

Keep getting calls from this # about a debt.  I have not answered any questions.  They say it is about an Bank of America which I have no account with them.  She, I do not have a name, only extension #, sound very threating and said it was "important" that I call back immediately.  I will not.  I will report them to the FTC if this continues.

James Curtis called demanding to talk to me, gave number 877-770-6326 and ext. 3056 and demanded I call back TODAY! Very insistent and demanding voicemail message, hostile tone of voice. I know from past calls from other reps (Louis Carranza and others) at this number that this is:

My lawyer has sent them letters and called them, but they do NOT like my lawyer, say bad things about him ("he's not a lawyer, he's ripping you off," etc.) and generally they will say anything they can to try to talk me into giving them money NOW or otherwise arranging the money to give to them. All they care about is trying to get money out of me NOW. Nothing else matters, and they will say anything to get paid ASAP. I don't buy it.

Bank of America will not deal with debt management because they(debt management ) pay themselves first and y would the bank wait when they already know that these debt management companies will try to stall payment

I too have gotten these calls. They leave the number of 877-770-6326 and an extension. The calls and threats are illegal. They cannot threaten you at any time. They HAVE to produce their REAL address and phone number and refuse to do so. I am not only filing a complaint with the FTC, but with the FCC as well.

This guy name James called gave me no last name or the name of his company saying I was being sued by Bank of America for outstating loans. Said I am being scammed by the debt management company I choose and that I needed to research them on the internet. Stating that I need to make arrangements to make payments because my credit report shows no outstanding loans are being paid by this debt company.....told me to think about where my money is going. I am being ripped off.

Man named "John Gullow" left a message: "It is VERY IMPORTANT that I speak with you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE."
His second call. Very authoritative voice. Urgent sounding.
Gave this phone number, a 4 digit extension, and a reference number.
I get the sense he's a high pressure bill collector.
No way I'm calling him back.

I got one message saying "have your case number in front of me; your husband is the first party" like it was a lawsuit last Thursday, May 14, 2009.

Then, yesterday, while I was out of the office, they left a message like this "this is the office of so-and-so; please could you, your husband or your attorney call me by 3:00 p.m. today?"  At first, I thought he was a lawyer, but how many lawyers have 866 numbers?

They act like if you don't call them by such a time, you will turn into a pumpkin.

Well, we'll be going into debt consolidation very soon (hopefully), and I hope this ends.  I plan to turn this company into the FTC though.

I've been receiving calls on my cell and home phones leaving messages that they have totalk to me about my situation,so I can be brought up to date.  They never say the company they are representing.  They are rude and pushy, even in a message.

She left a message that she was going to court in Calif the next day.
I have no idea what for, I havn't lived in Calif in 20 years.

Got a call from them today stating that a Mr. Flick has my case and they are threatening foreclosure.  First off, I don't own a home and I've never had an account with bank of america.

I received a phone call from a young man that was absolutely rude.  I tried to explain that I had no idea who the person was that he was looking for.  He was again so very rude.  We are senior citizens and not only are we NOT the people he is looking for, nor do we have any knowledge of who they are except for the fact that the last names are the same...RUDER!  Telling me that people of my generation are usually nicer than I am..finally I hung up and called the police.
Today, yet another day, a week apart, he called again about the same people he was looking for last time.
Funny, but I found these people on the internet and if I could find them, then why couldn't they?
The company has no phone # to call them at to complain only the phone number that SCOTT FLICK left with me...877-770-6326.  He also left a phone message with the case # he was speaking about.
How to we get rid of these calls....

hey, i am working with credit solutions a debt resolution company. they also assured me that BOA accept offers, which now I know they do. they offered them 50% off my total balance on one. and this other guy that had called for my other BOA acct gave me the same story as they did you and said "bank of america will not consider any offers blah blah blah" and yet my other one got 50% off a balance of 5200$ lol. These creditors drive me mad but its worth it in the long run. good luck.

called by creditors interchange a prelegal service for bank of america. the person was very threatening and kept cutting me off so i couldnt speak. very rude.
