They use a robo call and if they do not have a person available then you get silence. I know it's annoying but I answered their calls a couple of times before I got to talk to someone,then they connected me to a switchboard at the state capitol so I could voice my opinion, whidch I was glad to do. I love this country and like to have a voice, even a small one on these matters.. You can simply tell them to quit calling you.

Today they are probably calling to get you to call your Senator to encourage a NO vote for the amnesty bill.  They are not soliciting donations.

i call the number back  877-773-0615 and a prompt ask if i wanted to be removed from the call list.. it instructed to input phone number with area code and press #, it restates the number you entered and says to remove press 1. it then tells you your number has been included on the do not call list..

simple to do..

Like they said...they DON'T talk so how can you talk to them, they don't leave a message so you can't answer that either.. But you are right you can only vent here but sometimes you can get a clue as to what others have done to stop the calls. I've tried one and so far, it has worked.  I am al;so on the DON'T CALL LIST and that is a DO NOTHING LIST  and,  therefore, is a MEANS NOTHING LIST.

Numbers USA is trying to save our country and stop our congress from allowing anyone who violates our boarders to have access to our jobs, medical, welfare and social programs. Our economy is horrible and we don't have enough jobs for our own people so just imagine when millions of illegals come over our boarder and compete for the few jobs that exist and/or sign up for welfare/foodstamps. Our leaders have gone insane and Numbers USA is trying to stop them.

"Good folks" don't repeatedly call those people that have asked them repeatedly to remove their number. They have called my number several times a day for a week. I am a supporter of Immigration reform, so call from these people are very offensive to me!

What do you mean by "harrass"?  And spouting off about them "being stopped" will not do a thing except allow you to vent!  IF you talk to them, they WILL stop calling; stating it here goes only as far as the other folks who log in to this site...just HERE!

Numbers USA.  I simply hit redial.  Machine answering prompted to be able to be removed from their call list.  I entered mine and they replied I was removed.  Seems simple enough to me.  I am on the do not call lists on both state and national but have replied to and agree with their cause.

It is very annoying when you have someone sick in the family and they keep bothering you and disturbing them. Did't receive so many Robot calls before we had a No not Call list.What a joke on us that list is.

I have a 65 year old husband who works nights and sleeps days. I have signed petitions but speciffically asked not to be called because the phone wakes my husband. It takes me a minute or 2  to answer the phone  (I have to hobble to the phone using my walker) and when I get there, they have hung up. Everyone knows to text or e-mail me and I answer them. Oops, I don't put my cell on the petitions... smart old gal hunh?
