Thank God for Master Card. I paid using my MC and they got my money back from this thief. I just wish he didn't have all my other data. Identity theft is now a worry.

Robert Mercer is the real scammer.  He took $600 from me and then disappeared.  The website doesn't work anymore, he doesn't answer the phone, his voicemail is full, and his personal email changed.  Nobody should trust this fraud.  If anyone knows how to find him, please let me know.

I paid him $825 to do my K1visa application in 2010. And now on 1-27-12, he still has not done the job, has kept my money, refuses to return my information that I sent him to do the job, so I can just do it myself.
He supposedly sent my my petition in the end of May.2011.
It should take about a week or two to get a case number back from them.
So now after 5 months of waiting, and complaining to him, he says that he will keep the money, and my stuff and do nothing for me because I complained.  (ironic isn't it?) If he would just the job I paid him to do in the first place, I wouldn't have complained. So today I called USCIS myself and told them about it, and they said to report him to the Federal Trade commission  at this address: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
So, If you have been ripped off by someone (like I was) you can report them.
They also suggested that I report him to my state attorney general. Robert said he will just declare bankruptcy.

I file US citezenship in November fifth 2010 and send it to immegration forms processing center 3495 Lakeside Dr # 218 Reno, Nevada,but until today October Five 2011 - I haven't heard anything from homeland security regrding my papers, so I called them ,now I find out those papers and check of $675 went to wrong place and they chash it November 2010 itself. So I am trying to get my money back .If this partcular place recieve my information and check in wrorg, why they did not send it back.

Now I am doing everything that I can to get my money back from this people who belive to be a number one fraud.

These imposters fooled me as well as many other people, apparently.  I intend to take whatever action is necessary to expose this scam.  I would implore all of you who read this to do the same.  Contact anyone and everyone you can think of by all media possible.  Someone needs to stop these people from continuing their scam and to be held accountable for the results of their lies.

They charged me $370. I have registered police complaint,called departemt of homeland security, FTC and set up fraud alert. A friend at FBI told to call the FBI desk at 3104776565 and register the complint at website www.ic3.gov . If there is a criticial mass of complaint FBI will get involved. I donot believe this is a scam run by 1 or 2 people. It has to be organized and possibly somebody who is knowledgebale with the system. I am also interested in knowing how did you guys contacted this number. We can not figure out how did they contacted us.

omg! me and my husband so pissed when i find out that number is not real we send a money $1,010 to process my paper to get a greencard, its been 6month from now for waiting to my paper,how many times were trying to contact them and we cant hold it them.this morning my husband when he look at the internet that number and he read the all comment he cant believe this is a scam. we dont knw what we gonna do,if somebody can help me what were gonna do,....i hope we can get back the money the we sent to them i cant believe this...

They are open Monday thru Friday mornings only. There is a time difference.

All the names you mentioned, they must know they are all thieves and robbers....They just didn't have to use a weapon to steal our money....In my case almost $1400.   The US immigration has told me about them after it was too late, but apparently  US immigration service or the Reno police don't care that honest citizens are being victimized  by these thieves on a daily basis.    If they held up a convence store you would already hear the sirens coming.
