They mailed it to me and called to see what it was a bout they said I can get a walmart ir target and need pay 5.00 to ship I told them noooo way giving my info to them

Got a text message on my cell phone from 602-314-0921 stating that they have a $100.00 gift card for me and to call 877-774-5731.  I am on the do not call, text or e-mail list.

Mine was a text message from 419-612-8310 saying to call 877-774-5731 to receive gift card and tax rebate.

This is a version of the automatic debit scam as described by the FTC here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel06.shtm  The scammers want your card to charge for shipping but buried in the fine print is authorization to charge your card every billing cycle with bullsh*t subscriptions that may be very difficult to unsubscribe from. Your bank may decline to refund charges even though you were unaware of it. Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.
