This number calls me everyday and has also called in the middle of the night. Nobody is ever there. I'm going online and blocking the number with my cell provider

Thank you for providing that information, Bruce, I keep getting a call from this number every single day, and there is no message left.  I am subscribed to Cyber Defender right now, haven't had any problems with it but I don't want to be harrassed and marketed to.

This mycleanpc.com are scam and rip offs.They do nothing than advertise ad steal peoples money!
They should be stopped by the agency!

Calls daily, all hours, weekends and holidays.  Very annoying.

cyber defender (my clean pc) they fixed my pc but the calls are annoying. spoke to cust. serv. They were polite and canceled membership on request. Really cant say any thing bad.

I called the number back and chose the option to talk to the billing department. I asked the CSR nicely to be removed explaining that my 90 year old Mother-in -law lives with us and their calls wake her up since she sleeps late. The CSR agreed to put me on the do not call list. Their list is updated every Friday so we will see if the calls stop after that.

I just got a call from them about me having bought software when i didn't. They knew my name :O. Then the lady broke into coughs and cut off. Completely confused and I'm gunna be watching my bank accounts like a hawk..

I am getting calls from this number.  How do I get rid of them?  I did buy the MyClean PC program and had to get a new laptop!  Big mistake on my part!  But now how do you get them to stop calling your home?

I was dumb enough to buy their software as well. They told me my CPU usage is too high and the computer is going to crash within the next couple days..... that was a couple of months ago.... They try to sell you tech plans that range in the upper hundreds on up, its ridiculous. What is their software for if it does nothing to your computer? I called to see what was wrong with it, and the guy told me it was because I had Norton Anti Virus on my computer and it was making it run slow, so he uninstalled it! I knew right then this was a scam and I made them refund my money! NOBODY BUY CYBER DEFENDER SOFTWARE!!!!!

This # calls me every day and does NOT leave a message! I do not want the cyberdefender and I sm not interests in being badgered by any of their reps!!!!

I put in a search to find out who has been calling me from this number. Especially on a friggin Sunday night at ten of eight. Really!!!!! After reading all the posts before mine, I am completely bummed I wasted 20 bucks on the software.

We get at least 10 calls a day from these people asking for a Paula.. We tell them every single time that we've only had this telephone number for a few weeks and there is no Paula here.  They don't listen and they keep calling and calling.  The last time they called my husband told them if they called again we would be contacting our attorney!  I mean come on, enough is enough.  Our number is unlisted and unpublished.  We are just sick to death of them calling, especially since my husband works nights and sleeps during the day.  Every time they call they wake him up and trust me when he gets woken up he's a jerk!

When will these people ever learn?

i was tupid enought to think it was a good product, let them run there scan(scam) on my computer, they toplod me i had 284 virus problems then wanted about $300 to correctit all , i saw the scam then. my future son in law , a computer professor for a collage in the philippines check my computer, found no virus any where but said it is needing cleaned to speed it up,and it was free hahha,the cyber calls are still about 2 times a week i see the caller number and hit ignore

CyberDefender -- AKA MyCleanPC.com and MaxMySpeed.com -- is as phony as a three-dollar bill! A computer expert posted a YouTube video exposing this company as a rip-off:

Everyone that has posted that this is a scam, is 100% correct! When you download their software it makes your system look like it's so bogged down, that you really need their services. They point to how high your CPU usage is, anywhere from the high eighties to one hundred percent, and that your computer could likely crash!  After repeated attempts to sell their 24/7 assistance plan, first at $649 then $309 and lastly $179, I told them that I was not going to buy anything further. I unstalled their programs, and lo and behold, my CPU usage now ranges from 6 % to 11%, back to what it used to be before I downloaded their programs. Don't buy anything from this company!  I've requested my credit card be reimbursed, or that Amex would be contacting them.  I'll let everyone know when, and how I get my $39.85 back from these crooks!  Lastly, anyone that has gone through this BS, must report them to the BBB, which is next on the agenda for me.  Feel free to ask any questions, thanks!

Well I also am getting the annoying calls from Cyber Defender!!

I did make the mistake of purchasing their cleanmypc software.  A day or so later, they called me.  I told them my I thought their Cleanmypc did not help my pc at all.  He insisted that it did, but that I must have other pc problems, and he needs to run a scan so that he can diagnose my problems and fix them.  I fell for that, only to find out he started quoting me all these figures around $300 to $400 to fix them.  At that point I told him I saw thru his marketing scam, which was to sell me this good for nothing cleanmypc for $29.95, and then call to try to sell me more of the same. I told him no thank you and to get out of my pc which he did.  Then after a few days I started getting these calls from 877-775-6911 and the caller id showed Dialer. After several of misses and hang up, I decided to answer and found out it was Cyber Defender.  I told them what I thought of their software and asked that they take me off teir calling list and he said he would.  That has not happened.  

I am constantley getting calls from the the same number.  I have answered and asked to please take me off their list and that I have asked before to be taken off.  I just got a call a little while ago. I am fixing to call my credit card company and report them as selling a bad produce and then harrassing me with these phone calls to sell me more of their junk. Also will report to the Better Business Bureau and suggest everyone getting these should do the same.

I called the number back said my computer crashed and requested to be removed from their calling and email lists. We'll see how that goes...

This software is no good what a waste of money everytime I try to log on to the internet the cyber box comes up on my computer and takes about 10 min. to load I can't do anything until it fully loads I deleted it from my computer. Lost the money I paid but no longer have to wait to log on to my computer.
They also told me my computer had serious problems. I also suggest avoid them not a good company.
It will not help speed your computer mine run slower until I deleted the software. Good Luck to all.
