Is this the same Devon who owns the copyright on the Negative Relief website? Very interesting how you approve of your own site.

And they can also file a complaint with the National Do Not Call registry for violating and braking the law. This is what I did and hope other will follow suit.

Telemarketer that broke the law and called a number on the National Do Not Call registry list.

the person called us and said we were eligible for a mortgage credit called new hope financial. they wanted our social security numbers right away. then hung up on us and did not call back. we immediately suspected them of being a scam when they hung up. we did not provide our socials to them and that might be why they hung up.

It is New Hope Financial in Torrance, CA. A major scam posing as a loan modification company. They use an autodialer and have a machine leave you messages. Beware!

I received a message from a Eve Rand. I did some research and found out that she is actually Nanda Dyssou, who has been on the ripoff report for other issues. When I called in, they had indicated she does not work there any more, as she did not meet their compliance requirements. They seem to be a pretty good company, and were very helpful in giving me information about the loan modification process.

left a message (on my business phone) that I was approved for a loan modification, I called back to see what mortgage they were referring to and the guy asked me if I was playing games on a governmental phone number. He then told me that my phone number was being traced. First of all, my business doesnt have a mortgage, so I am not needing a loan modification. I am going to call again to see if I can ruffle more feathers.

I got the same message. A ton of static.
I called them back and asked to be put on their do not call list.
They said no problem. Very polite.
Well see how it goes. Although I'm still reporting them to DONOTCALL.GOV

I received a call from 877-778-3852 on my cell phone. The line had a lot of static, so I could not hear the person, and they hung up. My cell phone is on a "do not call" list. I understand this may be a telemarketer. Therefore, I am reporting this call as unwanted. Thank you.

These guys are the biggest scamming company ever. They called my home, said that I had requested for them to contact me, and immediately went into personal questions about my loan that's behind. First they said they could increase my equity, after I told them I still had equity they then went on to tell me that they could modify my loan. After telling them that I was already working with my bank, they told me that the bank is lying to me and they can help me for $5,500. All of that in 5 minutes? And I didn't even ask for you to call me.
I've had some of my lawyers call these guys and pose as potential clients. We're building a case and forming a class action lawsuit against this complete scam.

These are the most annoying things to come along. There doesn't seem to be any way to block them. I get them at home, on my cell, my office and even email at work from people I have never called, solicited information from etc etc. And I work for Attorney General's office and you would think that even with all our blocking systems in place they would not get through but they continue.

Robo call to my business line about home modification. Do not own home and have never owned home in CA.

And remember, this number may not be the real number or company this person is calling from. Many, many, many telemarketers send false caller id numbers which is very easy to do, For instance they can send any number, I have even had them send AT&T's number or all zeros. After cussing one out, I received a call from 666 666-6666. There is no way to trace these from what I understand.

"Loan Modification" 2/3/10, 8pm. It is a scam.
Some info re 800 Service. They are just a conduit for any company that buys their service, so seeing 800 Service come up on your caller ID gives no indication of what company is calling you.

Yes, some scammer claiming to be with a loan modification company, hung up.
