caller was in our answering machine but didn't leave a messege just wasting our time

Received a call from the 877-783-7771 number indicating that they will take a certain amount from my account. For what? It was never indicated. I text back stating that I do not know who they are, do not authorize removal of any funds from my account and what they are doing is illegal. I NEVER received a response.

I too received a text message saying "We must discuss your account or we will be debiting the full amount by the end of the month. 877-783-7771". Also comes up under 954 area code # which is located in South Florida. Have no idea what company it is but does not seem legit.

I even received a text message indicating to call this number.  Is there any way to stop the calls?

This number is repeatingly calling our office for a past employee.  We continue to tell them she is no longer here, but they continue to call asking for her.  We will not disclose her whereabouts as she is ill and not able to work right now.  How in the world do we make them stop

Got a call from 877-783-7771, called only left the name Chris and said she had importmant info for me that I might have over looked, I called the number back and no one picked up

I have no idea who this is.  All of my debts are paid off.

Got a voicemail at work from this number requesting I contact them TODAY.  The caller stated they had important information I need to know about, please call them.  The caller did not identify the company only the caller gave her name 'Kristi".  How annoying.

These ppl called for a friend of mine on my cell phone. This is a debt collector, National Recovery Service. The called me because I was put dwn as a reference and evidently my friend must be dodging their calls. Not a scam if you hae defaulted on a loan or bill.

The same Pakistani scammers that have been making the rounds for the last year or two...google "payday loan collection scam" - once they get hold of your number you'll get hounded for a while...

I have been getting these calls on a non-working number on my job, so they can't leave messages.
This is harrassment and I'm sick and tired of it.  Wish the government would do something about this because it is crippling the economy because so many people are so strapped and these companies are getting away with illegal practices.

Yes, same here.  Threatening phone calls at least 5 times a week.  They never identify themselves..Never say what it is in reference to. Never list what company they are calling from. This is a scam and must have gotten ahold of a call list.  They are in some type of warehouse scamming honest ppl out of their HARD EARN MONEY. These folks are stupid because I've been saving all the messages so when I file a complaint or try to submit a court order for harrassment I want documentation.  This way I can prove the harrassment and the messages left can be listen to by a REAL ATTORNEY. They bluff and make comments that a summons is being issued RIGHT NOW to your home and business. When I contacted the police they said there is no summons issued for that type of stuff and to report it since it is a scam.  They've called for months now w/the same ignorant msgs...If a summon was issued in my county why haven't I received it or a letter in the past months that these ppl have been bugging me. I keep a good record of all my bills, credit card, etc...and I do NOT OWE anyone that is outside of my record-keeping of bills to pay.  I contacted the Municipal Courts and there is no summons or docket# on file...hmmmmm....At one point, they were threatening to embarrass me on my job by calling EVERYONE! hmm.. HOW ILLEGAL is that. I am soooooo happy I saved that message.  I've been keeping track of the time and dates and how often they call in ONE DAY. If they were smart, that would not be wise as we are a gov't agency mfgr of gov't equipment and they could literally get sued. All calls are tracked and monitored and are kept on file.  Wierd how they call from several different phone numbers, but keep leaving the 877-783-7771.  Hmmm...  Don't be fooled.  They will get caught.  I am just gathering enough evidence so when I go to court to sue, I WON'T LOOSE..

Calls my work number constantly which will eventullay cause my company to place charges.  I thought this was harrassment.

Continuously receive calls from this company to my office phone number. Its an automated call asking for someone who's not in my office. I've repeatedly pressed "3" to be removed from the call list and I've spoken to a few different women. Each time they apologize and say they will not call again, but they always do! Very Irritating!
