My parents received a call stating I had written bad checks and owed 1200$ ...the guy david Anderson was a process server and was giving me one curtesy call before they filed suit against me.  I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy over 5 years ago....I am discharged from it now...have no outstanding debt of any kind. Called David back and got a machine left a message that I had filed bankruptcy and needed his address for my attorney. I have called back 15 times in 2 days just to bug him...no call back and he won't pick it up.... think its hilarious......jerk
