You can get a refund. If your purchase through them they automatically renew for twice the magazine price. I kept hitting "0" and finally got customer service and got my refund.

OMG complete bull here..I received a call from my bank card thank God they let me know when there's FRAUD on it and that's exactly what this is FRAUD! Same as ID theft how can they get with this crap? Its got to stop, I was so upset same as everyone above. I got my subscriptions from my Alaska Air miles force me to use them for fricking mags. I then was offered on the side specials for only 2.00 yr I got Sports Illust. cheap all off the internet.I didn't see anything about renewals or received anything in the mail. I called n told them it was fraud, against the law, my bank even said so, n they better put my money back ASAP..THEY DID!!!

As far a i can tell, calling and using the link below, once they charge your credit card, you do not get any refund. This is why i am going to write a nice letter directly to the editor of the magazines.

These creeps do not let you cancel, nor do they send you the information that says your subscription will start again unless you cancel before they bill you. The charges just show up on your credit card. When you use the link Melissa provided, not only do they make you pay for "the next term", they try to get you to buy into another scam. Someone should shut them down. Just goes to show, consumers are still getting ripped off by creeps like this company. I am going to contact each of the 5 magazine companies directly and tell them i am being ripped off by this marketing company. Further, as a result of this marketing scam, I would never subscribe to their magazine again in my life. If anyone has a better idea, please share it.

I just got two charges on my credit card for $25.50 each.  I just called my credit card company and they said these are "automatic" renewals on magazines I ordered last year on a special offer.  I let them know I have not given any company permission to automatically charge my card for a renewal and I'm not intending to renew any of these magazines.  The credit card company is contacting these companies as I'm typing this message, to let them know I have not authorized them to charge my card for these magazines and I'm not renewing.  Let's hope this works!

I reported them to my credit card company. They will do an investigation. They ought to be charged/fined for this abuse. I didn't get a call but it was just on my statement. Pretty sneaky of them in a bad way.

They charged me three times, credited once and charged again over a 7 month period. I received Cooking Light as a gift and now they have my credit card number?? How the hell did they get that information? My credit card company says its a scam, dispute these charges with your company and tell them to google this number. Not the first time they've heard of it and not the last. Never received a call, just happened to notice these on my credit card statement.  WTF!?

This number came up with a charge for $25.50 on my bank statement. I've never ordered anything from them, I don't know how they got my credit card information but it's a scam.

I didn't get a call either, but charge showed up on my bank card.  I don't know how they got my bank information because the original magazine subscription was a gift and we never renewed.
